Me & my family’s kids loved it, it’s such a cool spot! Beautiful home spacious perfect for a family or adult stay!

This BnB was great!! Very clean and tidy. Plenty of room to spread out, girls watched TV upstairs while the guys played pool downstairs during our evenings at the house. Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus!! Unlike most BnBs, the “cleaning” list before checkout is very minimal making the cleaning fee worth it!

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

Julie’s house is everything it’s described as and more! I’m one to bit reuse towels - just something I can’t get myself to do - and there were so many towels and washcloths, dish cloths, etc. that we didn’t even have to wash any while staying there. The backyard has a lovely patio to relax on after a busy day. It’s very close to downtown but it’s private enough that you don’t realize how close you really are! We would definitely stay here again. Most of all, Julie was very hospitable and friendly!

I enjoyed my stay in Nashville! It was a private cozy location that was close enough to downtown to enjoy the quiet after a long day out. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Nashville.

Katie’s home was perfect for a gathering of three long-time (and senior, but young at heart) friends. We did not rent a car and walked for both evening meals and for groceries to the Five Point hub of East Nashville. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and fun to explore. Downtown Nashville is only 10 minutes, or so, cab ride. The house is spacious with three nicely appointed full bathrooms. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts. It was a too cool for us to use the outdoor space in back, but it looked very welcoming. The house has great curb appeal and lived up to its welcoming exterior. Katie was exceptionally quick and responded patiently to a question (user error) concerning the lock on the front door. I’d go back to Nashville in a minute and stay at Katie’s again.

Dango’s listing is exactly as described and an incredibly comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here with a small group of friends or family. Small touches like breakfast amenities and coffee, to luggage racks with built in laundry hampers went a long way. Highly recommend this Hermitage home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood and area is very nice and friendly, and the location makes it easy to get to all parts of Nashville. The house is cute and cozy, and matches pictures and description well. The back yard is huge and fantastic if traveling with pets.

I enjoyed my stay, though it was very brief. Beautiful interior and relatively quiet area. When I had a little trouble with the lockbox I got immediate help. Thank you!

10/10 stay! The hosts were amazing and shared great recommendations. Just a 10-minute drive to Broadway, and within walking distance to some awesome restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely come back. And the decor? 10/10—totally gave off Nashville vibes, haha. Loved it!

The apartment was so easy to access and beautifully well kept. The beds were super comfortable and that shower head pressure was the shining star. Haha Julie was quick to respond and very friendly! She gave recommendations for things to do and even shared her fresh chicken eggs with us! Such a beautiful area and an exceptional hostess! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! The place is comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is was also great. There’s a couple of skylights that let it a lot of natural light. Check in was super easy!

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

We had a fantastic time at Timothy's place. I absolutely loved the East Nashville neighborhood. It was close enough to the typical venues you want to see when touring Nashville yet far enough away so you were in a nice residential neighborhood. I am a runner so it is important to feel safe and encounter beauty on area run routes! My favorite route passed by a home with 4 cats in the yard ! The apartment itself was very spacious and probably the cleanest airbnb I've stayed at. We like to do all of our meal prep in house to avoid eating at restaurants and this was very easy here as Aldi and Publix were very closeby! A real perk. We took a road trip to Loretta Lynns ranch mid week and found that the location of Timothy's place is situated so you can easily access the highways in multiple directions! I felt at home here and we will be back again to Timothy's place when we return to Nashville.

We had a lovely stay here and were grateful for the separate room for our kids to sleep in. Wendy was a wonderful host and everything about the apartment was wonderful.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

River view and wildlife were great!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful setting, great location, close to downtown action and close to Germantown restaurants. We'd stay there again.

Kimberly is a top-notch elite hostess. Extremely seamless process from booking, to checking in to checkout. Upon arriving Kimberly immediately resolved an issue that unexpectedly arose. She's reliable, kind, & accommodating. If her place is available, book it!!!

Me and my boyfriend made a quick weekend getaway to Nashville for his birthday. Zac was so proactive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Zac’s place is very clean, tidy, and we felt very safe. The people we interacted with while at the condo were also very friendly and easy to get along with. The instructions Zac gives is very clear, and the condo is very easy to find. Zac was great to check in and make sure we were settled and we had no questions. Publix is right across the street, with Restaurants being in walking distance. This condo is not in the smack middle of main street Nashville, it’s more on the outskirts so if you are looking for somewhere that’s not in downtown Nashville, this is perfect for you. I would recommend Zac and this rental property !

Great place! price was very reasonable, the apartment was clean, close to almost everything, had a nice view of the city, and cozy. We would rent it again, highly recommended it

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
