This 2100 square foot 3 bed/3 bath 1940's bungalow is the perfect respite in the best neighborhood in Nashville. 12 Avenue South is a walkers paradise lined with world class food, drink, and shopping. The house features queen beds in all bedrooms, a foldout couch in the living room(can be closed off by doors), a futon upstairs, and queen air mattress! Relax on the front porch swing or have an al fresco meal on the back deck! Our private driveway easily fits 3 sedans. Free street parking also!
