Staying at Maguy's Airbnb was a wonderful experience. From the start, we were welcomed with a hot meal and a bottle of wine! Throughout our stay, we enjoyed fresh-squeezed orange juice, and handmade cakes, muffins, and served fresh fruit. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and bright with natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. The bathroom was spotless, with the sink and shower heating up quickly. Maguy was very friendly, talkative, and used a translation app to communicate. She gave us great tips and advice. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to a transportation hub in République. Despite some graffiti and a diverse mix of social classes, the neighborhood was safe and bustling. A short walk away is "Du Pain et des Idées," one of Paris’s best bakeries, and is a must-try. My mom and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Maguy's Airbnb for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location!

Guy und Fadia sind bezaubernde Gastgeber, wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt, die beiden haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Es war wunderschön ihre Geschichten zu hören und sich von ihrer Erfahrung inspirieren zu lassen. Es ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich was sie für ihre Gäste machen. Die Herzlichkeit, das Zuvorkommende, ihre Geschichten und noch viel mehr haben sie uns ins Herz schließen lassen. Wer eine schöne Zeit in Paris verbringen und gleichzeitig eine authentische Gastfamilie kennenlernen möchte ist bei den sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diese Erfahrung zu machen, uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es bei jeder Gelegenheit wiederholen. Vielen Dank den beiden.

My stay at Silvia and Maël’s place was an absolute treat and a highlight of my time in Paris. The room is perfect for a solo traveller and the feel of the whole apartment is cozy and bright. The “Exploring Paris” guide they prepared is one of the best I’ve seen with a variety of recommendations that made exploring the neighborhood effortless and fun. They’re wonderful, welcoming hosts and were always available to answer any questions I had.

Anne’s place is amazing. Very clean. The location is great, very close to Montmartre and metro station. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby - not to mention this place is very beautiful

Nathalie was a fantastic host throughout, very laid back when we needed to check in late, or to leave our cases after the check-out time on the last day. The apartment is literally a minute's walk from the Metro station, with big airy rooms, a piano and lots of books if you want to practice your French. I have to say though that Nathalie's English is much better than my French! Third floor, so it might deter people with mobility issues, but this was not a difficulty for us. Merci bien Nathalie!

Un emplacement exceptionnel, au calme et proche de restaurants et de la basilique, dans un quartier piéton. Une chambre à l'étage avec toutes les commodités pour être à l'aise. Et surtout, des hôtes très accueillants, qui m'ont aidé dans le choix de mon itinéraire pour rejoindre Paris à pied, et avec lesquels j'ai pu discuter culture théâtre et évasion. Une très belle rencontre, que je recommande très fortement.

Nous avons passé un excellente séjour dans ce jolie petit appartement. Il est très facile d’accès, est surtout bien placé, au calme. Merci encore a Aymeric d’avoir été aussi bienveillant et réactif à toutes nos demandes. Nous vous recommandons vivement de séjourner dans cet appartement !

Catherine est une personne très accueillante et gentille. Notre chambre (et la maison bien sûr) était super propre, dans une maison très calme et près des bus pour aller prendre le métro et se rendre à Paris.

We stayed a couple of nights with Fabienne. The house was nice a cozy. The room was on the top floor, so used the staircase to get up to room. Room looked just like the pictures. They have a nice garden with chairs and a table outside too! Close to the Metro 1 station so it was very easy to get to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. The couple was very nice and would offer breakfast every morning. We didn’t have time because of how much we packed in a day. A grocery store is near by so if you want to grab pastries and water, it’s convenient before a long day in the center of Paris. We even meet the couples long time friends and were sooo friendly!!

Trust me,it is definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever been.Alain is so cute and friendly and makes everything perfect.The room is soooo cool and I really wish I could stay here for a longer time. Thank you Alain.

The hostess’s warm welcome made us feel right at home, and the little gift was such a lovely surprise — thank you! The morning croissants, pastries, and jam were truly a lifesaver during our packed schedule. We’re especially grateful that she offered a takeaway option — it meant a lot to us. It’s a pity we didn’t have enough time to sit down and chat over a meal, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Paris! And most importantly — the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the Eiffel Tower right from our bed, which made waking up and falling asleep each day feel magical. There’s also a shared rooftop terrace upstairs with an even more expansive view. I’m so glad I chose this place for my first stay in Paris. I really hope it’s available again next time!

The apartment is exactly as warm and cozy as shown in the pictures. It’s in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and within 30 minutes you can easily reach top attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Tuileries Garden, and the Louvre. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is peaceful and very safe. The guest room was spotless, equipped with smart devices that perfectly suit young travelers, and the bathroom was spacious with a full set of high-quality toiletries. One of my favorite features was the large balcony where you can relax in the sun and even catch a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. Catherine and her family are incredibly thoughtful and communicative hosts. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I felt very welcomed and cared for—from before I arrived to the day I left. Catherine offered detailed advice about transportation, reminded me about the weather, and even prepared a warm dinner for me when I when I arrived late at 10 p.m.—it truly felt like coming home.

Wat een heerlijke plek middenin Parijs. Je waant je in een dorp maar zit in de stad. De omgeving is rustig en je voelt je veilig op straat. Het appartement, is gezellig en verzorgd. Alles is er aanwezig en zelfs een stapje meer zoals lekkere broodjes. De host reageert snel op je mails en komt met veel handige tips. Ik zou iedereen deze mooie plek aanbevelen.

Tolle Atmosphäre! Sehr nette Gastgeber. Man fühlte sich wie bei guten Freunden zu Gast. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war ausgezeichnet. Die Gastgeberin hat uns bei allen Fragen rund um die Geflogenheiten in Paris und im öffentlichen Nahverkehr tatkräftig unterstützt und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Super leckeres Frühstück - fantastische Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Seine. Vom Zimmer konnten wir abends den beleuchteten Eiffelturm und den Montmartre bewundern. Pariserlebnis wie im Film! Wir waren bei echten Franzosen zuhause und haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Voyage à 4 en famille. Logement parfait. Réponses rapides et claires. Quartier très sympathique et calme. Si l'occasion se présente, nous pourrions revenir. Literie de qualité. Attention, à pied, il faut être en bonne condition physique, c'est situé sur la butte de montmartre ! C'était top !

Hélène and Jérôme are the ultimate hosts, exceeding all our expectations, which were already high based upon others reviews. The pictures you see are an understatement — the views you experience in person are even more spectacular. Their entire penthouse was immaculate and they have intricately planned every detail from top to bottom. I could go into vivid descriptions, but like Paris, some things must be experienced to be truly understood (also I would not want to spoil any of the wonderful surprises). The only drawback, if you can call it that, is that everything was so perfect we never wanted to leave…. not during our stay, not after it was sadly over. If you are lucky enough to happen upon an opportunity to indulge yourself or spoil a loved one, do not hesitate.

Charming historic house with modern amenities. Isabelle was very friendly, helpful, greeted us and showed us the functioning of the house. House was clean. With coffee and tea provided. Safe neighborhood. Location next to major attractions. Isabelle is a great host. Highly recommended

Karine is warm and delightful. Her home is a wonderful place to stay if you’re just getting used to traveling solo or if you want somewhere that feels a little more like a home. Highly recommend :)

Nous sommes restés une nuit pour aller voir un match de rugby au stade de France. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux niveau emplacement. Il est vraiment à côté à 2 min à pied vous y êtes ! Maria et son frère sont des personnes adorables ! Il est sûr qu’on reviendra !

C'était notre deuxième séjour chez David. Toujours totalement satisfaits : logement très confortable, très propre et surtout environnement très calme. Depuis chez David, il est facile de rejoindre n'importe quel quartier de Paris. Nous recommandons vraiment sincèrement.
