Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Panoramablick. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Gute Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern! Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz für eine größere Gruppe mit Hund, großer Garten! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Une vrai pépite!!! Un logement propre et très fonctionnel. Tout est pensée pour que l’on puisse se sentir comme à la maison. Le point à l’étage, un gros coup de cœur pour le plus gros bonheur des enfants. Un coin insolite. Literie au top. À l’extérieur un coin pour mangé, et de quoi jouet pour les enfants Des consignes très clair, très bonne communication. Je peux que recommander

We hadden hier een geweldig weekend. Wat een prachtig natuurgebied op 10 meter loopafstand. Heerlijk gewandeld met onze hond. Keurig schone accommodatie. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Zeker een onderkomen om eens naar terug te gaan

De accomodatie was zoals omschreven. Proper en in een rustige buurt. onze kinderen hebben fijn kunnen spelen in het speeltuintje op een 100m van het huisje. Goede uitvalsbasis om leuke activiteiten te doen in de Ardennen.

Toffe rustige locatie. Mooie omgeving, vriendelijke host! Brandschoon huis en van alle gemakken voorzien! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Hallschlag ☺️ Der Check In hat problemlos funktioniert und das Haus war sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und man kann von dort aus schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

es war ein super Kurzurlaub! von Eupen aus, hat man einen guten Start um auch in andere Städte zu gelangen. die Wohnung hatte alles zu bieten, was man braucht und ist ein reines Kinderparadies! es waren Spiele, Duplo Steine, Holzeisenbahn vorhanden und sogar im Flur ein kleines Licht mit Bewegungsmelder. hier ist wirklich an alles für Familien gedacht! vielen lieben Dank! wir werden sicher wiederkommen, da wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt haben!

Arieh‘s apartment is on the bank of the Rhein, with a terrific view over the river. The location is very close to the central train station (6 or 7-minute walk), so if you want to be based in the center of Cologne for your visit this is an excellent spot. I stayed for a weekend of Karneval and the location really hit the sweet spot: it was very easy to go to all the festival events, but it was nice and quiet when I needed to rest. Arieh generously loads out the kitchen for you, with bread, cheese, meats, and some fruits and vegis so that you will have something to eat every day. There is also coffee and tea on-site. I bought some of my own groceries anyways but it was really a nice touch to have some food there upon arrival. Arieh even provides showergel and a toothbrush! So this place is really plug and play. Arieh is a terrific host who was in touch before, during, and after the visit. I definitely felt that I was in good hands. Thanks so much Arieh!

Ich hatte für 4 Personen gebucht. Kommunikation war Super einfach. Sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen. Ich bekam alle mögliche Informationen über Parkplatz. Mit der Wohnung hat alles gut geklappt. Schön, sauber und ordentlich. Einfach weiterzuempfehlen!

Super einfache und freundliche Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ruhig gelegen und hat alles an Zubehör und Equipment, was man benötigt. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf. Besonders der Balkon mit Abendsonne hat uns gefallen. Auch ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Manes war unkompliziert und freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Kurz gesagt: Eine Wohlfühl-Oase...total ruhig, alles vorhanden, was wichtig ist, bestens angebunden...netter Kontakt...kann ich nur empfehlen!

la casa di Maurice nonostante sia una casa vecchiotta con molti anni è comunque tenuta bene e ci si ente subito a casa. Maurice è stato sempre disponibile con le sue risposte veloci ed indicazioni chiare. la casa si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro in una posizione comoda ed in un quartiere tranquillo.

Elisabeth is een zeer attente host! Het verblijf is prachtig gelegen met een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Aanrader!

Wir waren für die FIBO 2025 in Köln und haben uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Zugegeben: Mit ca. 40-50 Minuten ist diese relativ weit weg von der Messe. Das Schöne: Der Bus kommt quasi direkt vor der Tür (3 Minuten Fußweg). Lidl, 2 Bäckereien und eine Apotheke sind direkt um die Ecke. Sehr große und geräumige Wohnung, mit viel Platz (waren zu dritt). Zudem eine große Küche mit alle Utensilien die man so braucht (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Martina (Gastgeberin) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auch direkt auf Fragen geantwortet. Damit: Eine sehr gute Zeit gehabt, Top Unterkunft und gerne wieder!!

We love this apartment- this is our second time staying. It feels like home and was in a perfect location.

le logement de Peter et Annette est magnifique : la decoration est recherchée; son exposition sud est très agréable et malgré la température fraîche la terrasse est un vrai plus ! notre séjour s'est très bien passé : nous avons profité du quartier qui propose de quoi faire ses courses, se balader. Peter et Annette sont très disponibles et vous reçoivent chez eux comme des personnes proches. Pour Pâques, nous avions des chocolats ! une expérience fantastique !

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, sauber und großer Balkon. Komme gerne wieder ☺️

WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!
