What an amazing location. There is a forest trail just a block over that we used to run and hike in. The house was massive, well stocked with amenities, was modern, beautiful settings, and was an amazing space for my team to rest and relax in. Communication was perfect and Stacey couldnt have been more accommodating even when I got one of the dates wrong and we had to extend a day. Would stay here again without question.

Short drive to all the golf courses and restaurants! Large house that was perfect for two families with children. Kids loved the pool!

The entire complex is spectacular - beautiful inside and out. Close to the Pinehurst Village - although honestly hard to leave the backyard. A great place for multiple couples!

6 guys visiting their childhood buddy who moved to the area a few years ago. The house was a perfect home base for us. Just perfect. Open layout, pool after a long day of playing golf, plenty of rooms for privacy, perfect location to all the golf clubs and breweries, bars, restaurants. Daniel and Ruth were super responsive to our needs. Highly recommended to large groups or for families. 🙏🤝

Pool area is terrific! Home is more than adequate for our needs and communication has been truly excellent. Rene has been very helpful and flexible to our needs. She provided recommendations for local businesses and restaurants. Not much she wasn’t able to help us with. .

This is a lovely, spotlessly clean home in a great location. Alissa is a fantastic host, extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Our a/c was being replaced last minute in our home so we had to find a last minute place to stay for a few nights. Thankfully Natalie was able to accommodate and work with our situation. We live in a downtown area full of city noises, being at her place felt so grounding and peaceful. It was so SILENT at night! I loved the pool and my husband loved the small pond she had out back. We left our home in a rush so I didn’t remember to pack body wash or shampoo, thankfully she had some options in the bathroom for me. The screen in back porch was nice to sit out and not be ate up by bugs. The location was perfect, it was less than 10mins to all the fun spots in Southern Pines or Aberdeen. We will definitely be staying again once it gets hotter to fully enjoy the pool. We loved this staycation home.

Very nice home on a quiet cul-de-sac with a picturesque view of a Pinehurst No. 6 par 3. Conveniently located to area golf courses. Owner was helpful and communicative. Great value for money. Would stay there again.

Jason was quick to reply and flexible with certain things when we needed a hand. The place was spotless and as described. Would recommend this place to anyone who is going to be in the area, especially if you are golfing as it is close by to all southern pines golf courses as well as pinehurst. Easy, stress-free stay.

We really enjoyed Brent’s place. It’s a great location and the place was perfect for 4 guys on a golf trip! We highly recommend if you are coming to the area.

Our family of seven, including a 3 year old and a five year old, was perfectly comfortable here. Everything was so clean and easy to find. The home was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable . It was walking distance to food trucks and downtown including a great playground for the kids. I strongly recommend Shannyn’s home if you are in the area!

Scott was an amazing host! He was very attentive and gave clear instructions on how to check in. The home was super clean and put together so well. It had great amenities and our entire family felt right at home. It was spacious and we loved that each family unit had their own bedroom and bathroom. We 1000 percent recommend this home and host! We had all of the grown children and grandchildren gather here for Thanksgiving. This type of home is really hard to find, so we were thrilled to have 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The beds and bedding were also lovely. Again, it's hard to find a king and 4 queens as well as air mattresses available for guests to use. We rented both units (the whole house), but I didn't think the listing made it clear that the downstairs unit is not accessible from the inside of the house. It worked out just fine, but it's good to know up front. Having 2 full kitchens and refrigerators was very helpful for us since we brought all of our holiday food. The upstairs unit has a spacious living room and the kitchen/dining area worked well for a big group. It was also so helpful to have our dogs welcomed. The neighborhood is very quiet and enjoyable - with walking trails nearby. Overall we had a great time and felt there were many little extras provided that made our stay pleasant.

Ameeta’s place was incredible! This may have been one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The house was pristine, the bedding was premium (mattresses / pillows, etc) and there were a ton of additional amenities. Perfect place for a guy’s golf trip. Ameeta was also extremely quick to respond and had provided me with great local recommendations and even was flexible with our check out time given no guests were checking in after us. She went above and beyond for us and I truly appreciate it.

Beautiful neighborhood, amazingly clean and smelled very nice. The house was perfect size and extremely comfortable beds. We can’t wait to visit again.

We’ve stayed several times at this property while competing at Carolina Horse Park and it’s been great for our group. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and can’t beat the location!

Stayed here for a weekend to be close to Paraclete XP. This was a wonderful place to stay, it is a very clean and comfy home in a quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to a wonderful little coffee shop (Something’s brewing), supermarket, grocery, and lots of restaurants. Had great communication with my host and zero complaints with our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The Pinehurst oasis was perfect for a group of four golfers. Each bedroom was large. The two bathrooms were easy to share. It was helpful to be able to use the garage. The gas grill was easy to use. We didn’t have a fire at the fire pit, but that also looked easy to use.

Dan was a great host and very responsive to any questions. The home was clean and neat and quiet! I especially enjoyed the quality sheets on the bed and waking in the morning to have coffee on the back porch and hearing all the birds singing. So relaxing! We stayed here for our son’s wedding and it was the perfect place for our family to gather so we could be a part of a special occasion out of town. 10/10 recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay. Carol is a great host! Her place is beautiful and quiet…and right next to downtown Pinehurst and Pinehurst golf. We hope to be back next Summer!

We all really enjoy our stayed. it was peaceful and very quite, which is something we are looking on our next purchase.

This was a great place to stay for our group. Close to the Pinehurst resort and complete with plenty of beds and amenities such as the grill and ping pong table.
