تجربتي في هذا السكن كانت مميزة جدًا. الموقع رائع ويطل مباشرة على البحر، والإطلالة خلابة خصوصًا وقت الغروب. الجلوس في البلكونة كان من أكثر اللحظات الجميلة خلال الإقامة. الموقع: المكان قريب من كل شيء تقريبًا – مطاعم، كافيهات، سوبر ماركت، وحتى الكورنيش خطوتين. الموقع يخدمك سواء كنت جاي للراحة أو حتى للعمل. النظافة والخدمات: السكن كان نظيف ومرتب، وكل التجهيزات الأساسية متوفرة. الإنترنت ، والتكييف ممتاز، والمطبخ مجهز بكل الأدوات. التواصل مع لجين كان سهل وسريع، ومتعاونين جدًا. الراحة والهدوء: المنطقة هادئة، ومناسبة جدًا للراحة والاسترخاء. ما في أي إزعاج، وتحس فعلاً أنك مرتاح ومأخوذ من ضغط الحياة.

مكان مرتب وجميل، راح اكرر التجربة 👍

بكل امانه من افضل الناس الذين استاجرت لديهم. سرعه بالرد ومتعاون جدا وبخصوص السكن نظيف ومرتب جدا جدا ويوجد لديك موقف خاص والعماره هاديه جدا ومن افضل الشقق للامانه التي استاجرتها وسيكون لي زيارات اخرى باذن الله عند العوده الى جده

رغم أن العمارة قديمة ، لكن الاخ محمد موفر كل شيء يحتاجه الضيق موقف سيارة خاص وهدوء واستقلالية سكن واثاث وديكورات جميلة 🙏💙 الله يبارك له يارب

الإقامة في هذه الشقة كانت أكثر من رائعة! من اللحظة الأولى وكل شيء كان منظمًا بدقة وعناية. الشقة نظيفة جدًا، مرتبة، وتفوح منها رائحة النظافة والترحاب. الديكور بسيط وأنيق، والإضاءة الطبيعية فيها جميلة جدًا، مما أضفى جوًا مريحًا وهادئًا على الإقامة. الموقع مثالي! قريب من كل ما قد تحتاجه: متاجر، مقاهي، ومواصلات عامة، لكن في نفس الوقت يتمتع بالهدوء والخصوصية. المضيف كان متعاونًا جدًا، سريع في الرد على الرسائل، وحرص على التأكد من راحتي طوال فترة الإقامة. وفر لي كل ما أحتاج أشكر المضيف على هذه التجربة الممتازة، وأنصح بشدة بهذه الشقة لأي شخص يبحث عن مكان مريح، أنيق، وآمن للإقامة.

I want to thank Mr. Abdulrahman for having us in their property, he was very polite, respectful and responsive. The house was beautiful, spacious and plenty of seating options, the view was mesmerizing, jacuzzi was clean, and the sunset view over the ocean on the hot tub was the highlight of my stay! 😍 the property was spacious and fits more than 30 people easily, however we were around 10 people and it was just perfect. I stayed there for 2 nights and It felt like home, and the house attendant “حارس" Mr. Ahmad was very friendly and responsive as well at any time whenever we needed assistance in anything. This listing will definitely be on my options whenever we need a venue or getaway! Do make sure you get all you need before you go there as the place is remote and difficult to get the essential if you forgot to pack Other than that, it was a pleasant stay! Thank you!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, très jolie cadre calme. C'est un secteur calme, je pense qu'il aurait fallut une machine à laver et des serviettes mais sinon tout était magnifique. Le gardien était très serviable, très gentil. Appartement propre et spacieux.

I loved the place with my family. Very cosy and it was a beautiful experience. Will definitely come back!

دورة المياه الله يكرمكم فيها رائحة كريهة، أتمنى حل المشكلة باقي كل شي كان اكثر من ممتاز وان شاء الله ما راح تكون آخر زيارة

Great stay at Aria! Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. Hassan (Gate Guard/Maintenance) was amazing. Very polite and kind. Ensured we had everything we needed and restocked when we needed it. Actual AirBnB was perfect and exactly as pictured. Very clean. Beach access was easy. Located north of central Jeddah so away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend and intend to stay again on next trip to Jeddah!

Quoi dire de l’appartement à part que ce fut exceptionnel. La vue la propreté des chambres des équipements. Tout est bien soigné rangé et propre. Anas nous a reçu d’une façon magnifique, son épouse nous a attendu avec un magnifique bouquet de fleurs, je la remercie 1000 fois.💐 Anas nous a également laissé deux cadeaux qu’il a acheté lui-même.🙏😊 L’environnement est magnifique avec la vue sur la mer. Les deux salles de bain sont grandes les chambres aussi et l’immeuble est très bien tenu. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse à tous ceux qui veulent venir à Djeddah, ils ne seront pas déçus et repartiront ravis comme nous.

Все было хорошо. Чекин без присутствия хозяина через кодовый замок. Чекаут также. В квартире есть все что нужно. Паркинг под домом. В соседнем здании магазин. Интернет только иногда подлагивал, но в нашем случае это даже хорошо - был лишний повод поскорее выйти на улицу :)

The cabin was very clean and very spacious. Location is excellent as you get enough of sandy beach area and your own private pool and a small backyard to sit and have breakfast in. There was plenty of bedding and there was a supermarket close by to get anything needed. The marina has some restaurants and a lovely walking area. It was excellent to be on the ground floor as access to the beach is so much easier. You are told that there is no WiFi and at first we thought that is okay but found it to be the one major drawback. We found it very hard to function without Wifi. Otherwise, everything was good.
