It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Les instructions sont claires et utiles. J’ai beaucoup aimé la réactivité. La villa est très propre et semblable aux photos. Il y a plusieurs pièces pour accueillir la famille ou pour un weekend entre amis. Je recommande vivement.

L’appartement de Yannick est très sympa pour un weekend à Cotonou entres amis. L’endroit est exactement comme sur les photos. C’est confortable, moderne et hyper bien aménagé. Yannick et Monique étaient très sympas et flexibles. Je recommande !

Très sérieux. La villa est très propre et la personne qui vous accueille (Emile) est très gentil et serviable. Aucune difficulté pour la communication avec notre hôte du moment de la réservation jusqu'à notre départ. Je recommande fortement.

Hôte très accueillante, très réactive pour répondre aux questions. Très arrangeante pour les horaires. Maison très bien décorée. Très propre à l'arrivée. Ideale pour accueillir des européens. Whether it was ensuring the flat was well-maintained, or being available for any inquiries, Agathe went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location of the flat was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, dining, and transportation. All the amenities I needed were there, and the overall ambiance of the flat was both welcoming and stylish. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable stay.

Nous venons de passer 6 semaines dans le logement de Fausta. C est un quartier tranquille et populaire. La population aux alentours est très agréable. Vous avez toutes sortes de petits commerces pour vous dépanner, une couturière juste à proximité et un pressing qui nous a permis de faire repasser notre linge pour 150 fcfa par pièce. La route principale est à 500m pour pouvoir prendre un taxi/zem/tricycle. L appartement est bien doté : climatiseur ventilateur wifi machine à laver congélateur lave-vaisselle etc (plus que nous avons eu besoin). Suite à un problème de groupe électrogène, Fausta nous a upgradé sans qu on lui demande pour nous installer dans son autre logement plus spacieux. Le gardien Parfait est disponible et d une gentillesse C était un bon choix !👍

Logement très propre, quartier sécurisé,hôte à l'écoute et nous à résolu tout les petits soucis rencontrer, je recommande fortement ce logement car ma famille et moi reviendrons chez Dine avec grand plaisir... ps la plage est a quelques mètres du logement dans un endroit très très calme.

Mary House Residence is worth every cent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They were also very responsive. I enjoyed our short stay there and would recommend it for others visiting Cotonou. The place is about 10 minutes drive from the airport.

the studio is well situated and is very comfortable. the matrasses, as in most hotels in benin are very stiff.
