We were very happy with the apartment, as described and had everything we needed.

Very quick communication, usually within 5/10 mins I received a response. Pool open long hours and same with the gym. Security in the building very nice and helpful. Place was clean. As I was checking out I bumped into the cleaners as well which was nice and shows they are committed to their job. The place even had spare shampoos, body washes etc which was a nice touch. Would stay again

Before to checkin in apartment i was little worried that how it will go everything But big thanks for Mr. Fahad who make my stay in apartment very easy and very comfortable Mr. Fahad always reply me quickly and with detailed and true information about apartment and once i checkin after Mr. Fahad’s team man Mr. Mathew helped me for everything about apartment , but i didn’t face any problem regarding apartment, everything was perfect and everything was available in apartment and specially the location of Apartment is super good , just walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Dubai , which is called Jbr beach and also walking distance of Marina lake So you don’t need to take taxi for at least Jbr beach and Marina which is both important tourist places in Dubai I recommend 100% to go with eyes close for stay in Mr. Fahad’s apartment and you will never regret and your payment will worth it Mr. Fahad and Mr. Mathew both are super kind and very helpful person

I booked this apartment for my Grandparents and they loved it !!! I had the chance to see it myself—and it was great! The apartment is very new, super clean, and the view is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect with everything you need nearby—very convenient. Ai Mee was fantastic! She responded quickly and was always available whenever we had questions. Truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit den wichtigsten Utensilien um sich zwischendurch etwas zu Essen zu zubereiten. Auf dem Balkon kann man den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen und dabei den Blick auf die Dubai Marina genießen, vor allem abends mit den Lichtern besonders toll und dazu noch ruhig gelegen. Gegenüber des Gebäudes liegt eine kleine Moschee, sollte man einen leichten Schlaf haben sollte man sich klar sein das der Gebetsruf dann auch früh morgens zu hören ist. Wie in einigen Kommentaren auch genannt ist die Dichtung an der Badewanne nicht mehr ganz so gut, wodurch der Boden nass wird. Trotzdem waren wir froh darüber das Apartement gebucht zu haben und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

The property was lovely, great location and view, the host was super responsive. I would definitely book another stay in this apartment. Some minor things need addressing for example sick in the bathroom was blocked so water took a while to drain, the curtains had come off the track and small damp patch in one of the bathrooms but like I said minor and does not take away from the lovely apartment and I would definitely return. Thank you

Super nice place! It's luxurious and has a very elegant feel. The apartment has a great vibe with subtle Tulum style touches, and the view of the canal is incredibly calming, I could sit on the balcony for hours every night watching the boats go by. The location in the middle of Marina is perfect, very central and also close to the beaches, yet it’s on the more quiet side which is great. Inside the apartment and on the balcony, there's almost no noise, just the relaxing sound of water from the canal. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

This is an amazing apartment with an incredible view and in the perfect location. Very clean and luxurious. Will definitely book again!
