We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and thoughtfully equipped — anything you might need is right there, making it feel like a home away from home. Located in Water’s Edge, the community itself is beautifully maintained, secure, and has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us, and the unit is very accommodating for pets. The ambiance overall was peaceful and relaxing. A special shout-out to Shadi, who is truly a super host — incredibly responsive, helpful, and reliable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Could not recommend this apartment/ complex enough! The interior was homely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was juice and snacks on arrival for us which was a lovely touch! Not to mention the apartment is spotless. The complex itself had its own community which we loved the feel of. Our first day we never even left we enjoyed so much. There’s a shop and restaurant on your door step which gave the perfect balance of self catering and treating ourselves. The location as a whole is perfect, you can see Ferrari world straight from your balcony. Taxis were easy to find in the complex and cheap considering most attractions are close by. The pool was definitely my favourite spot. So relaxing and quiet considering the size of the complex! I spent most mornings here enjoying the heat. We loved it so much we would honestly move and will definitely be back.

This place exceeds expectations and is simply wonderful. Well kitted for small children Well kitted for big children The balcony was wonderful for kids to play and adults to enjoy We fully used the facilities: playground, swimming pool, beach, hotel restaurant for breakfast, and the two restaurants in the square. The pharmacy came in very handy and, of course, the supermarket. The hosting team (Lola and Kenneth) were highly responsive and friendly. This has become our place in Abu Dhabi.

A very convenient place - a nice closed neighborhood with supermarket (open till midnight), pool (open till 10pm), community building with table tennis and pool table for the kids and a big playground. Place is 7-8 minutes drive to all major attractions on Yas island. Overall - great experience!

I had a great stay, the apartment is modern and very spatious, perfect for a family. It is located in one of the best sports in Abu Dhabi with lots of attractions around. Thank you for the stay and I ll be back with the next occasion!

Everything was good, even though the lock password was wrong but they responded quickly to fix issue.
