We are not set up for children, however we can accommodate infants, we have a pack-play. Large, tranquil yard that backs to a beautiful common area with walking paths. The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.
