Great stay!!! Darren had everything lined out for us and made it so easy!

8 minutes from just about everything in Denver that we were going to (Coors field, RiNo, Summit, Little Dry Creek dog park, etc). Clean place with plenty of room for activities. No fenced back yard so keep that in mind but a little yard for well trained dogs to do their business. Janice was helpful and responsive. We would stay again.

Awesome place. Very clean and comfortable. Was super well stocked with anything you could need. Neighborhood has many cool coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Was easy to get onto freeways and to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay at Salimah and Boon’s. The house was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was better stocked than any airbnb I have stayed. And the location could not be better. Did not need a car. We were a short walk from anything we would need - restaurants, bars, coffee, etc. Salimah and Boon were so responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. A very clean house with a modern look. We would have enjoyed the rooftop patio if it hadn’t been 30 degrees and snowing. A few restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Very good communication with the host.

The home was just as pictured and described. The hot tub and fire pits worked perfectly with some assistance from Jordan. She was super responsive to our questions and requests. We were even able to have a late check out which was very helpful. The location in Lo-Hi was super walkable and central to everything we needed. Self check-in and check-out were very easy. Would definitely recommend!

There was plenty to do near by. Worked as an amazing base of operations for our vacation. Close enough to the mountains for wonderful hiking, but still near all the big city fun. It was such a great price for what we got. We had to leave a day early, but the cost was so low that we didn’t mind! And we had forgot to bring towels. Fortunately there were plenty provided. Next time I come through Denver, I will definitely see if this place is available again.

Fantastic place! Perfect for any Denver experience

A great place near DT Denver with a plethora of food options and driving distance to most major attractions. If you go into this experience with flexibility, you'll have a great time! Sure you have to park on the street, sometimes walk through an alley to the townhouse and the windows open to a busy street, but we didn't have any complaints. Everything was as described and Nicholas was very responsive. We would stay here again.

David’s place was the perfect place for us! The location was great, grocery store across the street, walkable to some restaurants and easy to get to anything else in Denver. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was wonderful, easy arrival and departure instructions. Only small recommendation may be to bring a sound machine for sleeping, the surrounding neighbors were very quiet but at night you can hear some road noise. We would definitely book David’s place again without hesitation!!

My family had the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous home for Thanksgiving 2024. It is in the Central Park neighborhood in Denver, where my son also lives. Central Park is a safe and wonderful family neighborhood, with several parks, great sidewalks, pickleball courts close by, a pool for use in the warmer months (guests pay a small fee to use), Rocky Mountain Arsenal National wildlife refuge(small museum, and drive through viewing of Bison, prairie dogs, deer, coyote, etc), and close to shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment. Needless to say, it was perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering. This home is super clean, beautifully decorated, and has a lot of space for our family to stay (4 adults, 2 children). The home has more than enough kitchen, bath, and bedroom supplies, along with other amenities. Vi (the host), is very attentive (responding quickly to any concern), gracious, and very thoughtful. This house exceeded our expectations and we will definitely book it again! The house was in a great location and walkable to Coors Field (and lots of cool restaurants and bars)! All of the tech was super cool, especially the control panel in the master shower! And I really appreciated that the house came with a fully stocked coffee bar!

Absolutely perfect place with all the amenities (hello, rooftop patio) in a perfect location! With the exception of a day hiking trip to Rocky Mtn NP, we didn't use our car at all. Walked to great restaurants, bars, breweries, and even to a Rockies game. Can't wait until we're in the area again!

Needed a place for my mom to stay while visiting and Jessica was a great host! My mom really enjoyed the stay. Cute comfortable place in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Always quick to respond with any questions.

it's nice to stay at a place that feels like home away from home. Although it's a condo/townhouse the neighborhood and neighbors we're nice along with quiet in the evenings and weekends. Yes you can hear the traffic from Washington St. but that's to be expected where the condo sits. overall a very enjoyable visit and stay.

We had a great stay here for Thanksgiving week. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in the beautiful kitchen, although I had brought some of the utensils and pans needed. Love the gas stove, and oven even has convection mode. We had our sons, who live in Denver, over to eat dinner each night, which was so fun. We took some beautiful walks around Sloan Lake which is a couple blocks walk. Overall, we had a great visit.

The location was quiet and walkable. I liked it because Mission Ballroom was just across the tracks. Private parking in the back was a plus! I drive an F150 truck and was able to fit. I brought my bikes and felt comfortable putting them by the back door. The path to the trail that runs along the river was fairly close, too. Overall I like this place for the $ and will definitely stay there again!

This is a great rental. We’ve stayed here twice and will definitely be staying here again. We always play the game of what we would do differently with this place and here the answer is nearly nothing. Comfortable beds, well supplied, well organized and clearly labeled.

The place was as described and had everything we needed. It is centrally located to so many great things in Denver, and it’s easy to park and get in and out. For future renters: this is one of those airbnbs that’s probably not been lived in (only short term rented), so there are some finishing touches that are missing like hand towels or tissues etc, but not a reason not to stay since it has other great things like a huge TV, big couch, nice kitchen, and great rooftop. Fyi, the unit shares a wall with the neighboring unit and the layout is: the bunk room is on the basement level (downstairs from the main level), the living room and kitchen is on the main level (which is about 6 steps up from ground level). And the 2 other bedrooms are upstairs.

Steve’s place was perfect for our weekend stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a porta crib to use during our stay and was available for any questions. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having a garage with door to the house. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son.

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s place. It was located conveniently between Red Rocks and the downtown area. The rooftop hot tub was everything we wanted it to be. We would definitely come back and stay again.
