The national blue hiking trail passes this 2.5-hectare land and you can reach in less than 5kms the Roman waterfall walking by the Gaja stream. Easy access by car, 1.5 hours from Budapest, 30 minutes from Veszprém, and 40 minutes to Lake Balaton. The yurt is very modern, with all amenities available. Surrounded by an in-progress permaculture garden and the Bakony forest.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

A gesztenyefasor szomszédságában áll házikónk, a Lipóti Termálfürdőtől egy macskaugrásnyira, közel a gazdag madárvilágáról nevezetes Morotva-tóhoz. Járja be Szigetközt, Lipót kiváló kiindulópont erre! Ehhez 4 kerékpárt biztosítunk Önöknek - térítésmentesen. Vagy csak lazítson a tágas teraszon vagy a kerti jakuzziban! A Sky Luxury Suite egy mediterrán, kizárólag két fő részére kialakított romantikus luxus apartman. 360°-os kilátással a belvárosra, távolabbra a Balatonra és a Festetics kastélyra tekinthetünk. Az apartmanhoz egy privát jakuzzi, illetve szauna tartozik. Szobaszervizünk koktélokkal, vizipipával, és egyéb hűsítőkkel kényezteti vendégeinket. Az ár a reggelit nem tartalmazza, külön kérésre igényelhető. Két elektromos rollerünk biztosítja Keszthelyen a közlekedést.
