Inside, you'll find a fully finished basement with two rec rooms with a dry bar and a small pool table. A cozy ocean side cottage, about an hour outside of St John's NL, you find this little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy amazing ocean views. In season you can see whales right from back deck, Minke and Humpbacks. When the Caplin are rolling you can see them all along the beach and the trails beaches. Or maybe just relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves breaking on the beach. Just a short walk along the beach and you are at the start of the Chance Cove coastal trail.

Ideal for couples and/or families being in walking distance from the Champney’s West Aquarium. Our front deck overlooks the ocean and is breathtaking - the perfect place to sit and enjoy a beverage!
