The Nest - a charming, cosy Cotswold retreat

The Nest is a cosy Cotswold hideaway nestled between Stow-on-the-Wold & Chipping Norton. We can accommodate 2 adults in either kingsize or single beds & infants up to travel cot age. We are tucked away in a small hamlet yet within walking distance of the village pub & with views & walks from the front door. Daylesford & Soho House are close as well as Jeremy Clarkson's Farm shop Diddly Squat. The Nest offers a boutique space from which to explore the beauty of the Cotswolds in total comfort.

Under The Owl Tree is a luxury shepherds hut situated in the heart of a working farm in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. The hut is fully fitted to a high specification. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo. Please note it is a minimum of a two nights stay over the weekends. Sadly dogs are not allowed as we have farm animals, horses, chickens, ducks and not to forget Baguette and Lottie the Kune Kune pigs. 4g only no wifi

We are ideally located for discovering the many beautiful Cotswold villages as well as within easy reach of Oxford, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. We are also close to Daylesford Farmshop and Soho Farmhouse and are surrounded by rolling countryside for lovely longs walks. There are plenty of great pubs and restaurants to visit. Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Famous Cotswold villages surround the area including Stow on the Wold, Burford and Bourton on the Water.

A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the beautiful village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and restaurant and also The Kingham Plough. The village also has a very handy village shop. Formerly owned by a London interior designer, the cottage was featured in House and Gardens Magazine in June 2023. A home away from home and only a short 30 min walk down the bridle path to the famous Daylesford Organic Farm shop, restaurants and Spa.
