A sea captain used to live here, therefore the apartment fully reflects his love for the sea and his travels. It boasts unobstructed views of the Aegean sea, creating the unique feeling of being on a boat. At dusk the living room is filled with the warm sunset colours! We are very excited about the newest addition to our group of houses! This recently renovated apartment is highly accommodating, elegantly appointed, and has great character and style. The apartment features a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room has an office corner with a desk. There is also the possibility of converting the two sofas either into two single beds or one double bed. There are two master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is smaller, with two arm chairs that convert into two single beds. The two single beds can be also prepared as one double bed. The third bedroom also features a small en-suite bathroom. Upon a reservation's confirmation the host is always available for any inquiries or pre-arrival arrangements. Staying in one of Nicoletta's houses, guarantees personalized and discreet service, which allows guests to unwind and have a carefree stay. Nicoletta herself or a member of her team is always available in order to assist you and ensure you are having an enjoyable stay. The apartment offers inclusive daily cleaning service. The apartment is located in the area of Paleo Faliro, which is part of the Athens Riviera. It is an upscale, safe and very pleasant neighborhood. When staying in this area, you have the privilege of enjoying the breathtaking sea view and the beach, whilst also being just 20 minutes away from the city centre of Athens (Syntagma). The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season. Finally, the true and most recent gem in the area is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center which includes new facilities for the National Library of Greece and the National Opera, as well as the 210,000 m² Stavros Niarchos Park. ATHENS CITY CENTRE You have the option of either using the bus or the tram (Flisvos stop) in order to reach the city center (15-20 minutes away) and visit Syntagma, Plaka, the Acropolis, etc. PIRAEUS PORT If you want to catch a boat to the islands, the port of Piraeus is 15 minutes away by bus. AIRPORT The bus X96 has a direct connection with the airport and the bus stops right in front of the building. We can also arrange airport transfers by taxi for you. BY CAR The apartment offers a free private parking spot.

Tinos, Agios Romanos

The house is located at Agios Romanos' beach. The beach can be accessed on foot. There is a tavern, a small cafe and a beach bar. The sofas and the KIng size bed are built-in. The most outstanding feature of the house is the unique view, which you can enjoy from every room and the balcony. After every accommodation, the house is sanitized with the use of a steam cleaner and detergents that contain chlorine. During your stay and if you wish to, the house is cleaned every 3 days, free of charge.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
