Great location, 15 mins walk from Al Wurud 2 metro station. Alwaleed was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Rafiq was always on hand and very friendly. Great stay.

I stayed in this property for a week and I was very satisfied. It’s right next to Rehab Souq, so it was easy to grab a bite at Ibn Sham Restaurant or Al Haty Restaurant it grab groceries or toiletries etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host and his son were communicative and helpful.

Wir durften etwas mehr als 7 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus wohnen und es war die beste Entscheidung, die wir treffen konnten. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus hat einen tollen Grundriss, die Einrichtung ist perfekt, gute Betten, top ausgestattete Küche, schöne Aussicht, super Lage, alles sehr sauber...wir könnten hier noch viel mehr erwähnen - aus unserer Sicht alles perfekt. Daniel ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stand uns mit Rat & Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt & der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen. Wir werden definitiv zurückkommen🙏👌🇿🇦💯 Danke Daniel, dass wir in deinem Haus eine so tolle Zeit verbringen konnten.

Super séjour, calme et reposant. Logement très agréable, confortable à l'ombre de grands arbres. Les lits sont un peu petit pour les personnes de grande taille sinon rien à dire, super. Les jeux pour les enfants très sympa. Elina a été formidable pour nous aider et nous conseiller. Elle peut vous aider à organiser votre excursion au parc national de Gombe ou pour faire un tour de bateau et même combiner les deux! Merci beaucoup à elle.

wir hatten eine unheimlich entspannende Zeit auf dem ruhigen und idyllischen Grundstück. Der Ausblick morgens war der Hammer, es war so schön ruhig und naturverbunden. die Einrichtung ist super stylisch und passt perfekt zur Umgebung. Die Küche ist super modern ausgestattet. das Bett war extrem bequem. nur 8 Fussminuten entfernt ist eine private Badestelle am Fluss. mega! wer entspannen will und auf Natur steht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir sind drei Familien aus der Schweiz und haben das Farmhouse für unsere Feediving-Ferien gebucht. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig mit separatem Bad was ideal ist für grössere Gruppen. Die Küche war nicht ganz optimal ausgestattet für das regelmässige Kochen, doch Steven hat uns gleich alle gewünschten Kochutensilien besorgt. Wir verbrachten erlebnisreiche wie euch erholsame Ferien auf Gozo

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par Moez, un hôte incroyablement sympathique et attentionné, qui s'est assuré que mon séjour soit parfait. La villa est tout simplement splendide, avec un intérieur moderne et raffiné, tout en préservant l'authenticité de l'île. Les équipements sont impeccables et la piscine privée est un véritable atout pour se détendre. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal, calme et proche des plages et des commerces. Moez a été d'une grande disponibilité tout au long de mon séjour, prêt à répondre à toutes mes questions et à me conseiller sur les meilleures adresses locales. C'est un hôte passionné par sa région, et cela se ressent dans la qualité de son accueil. We had an amazing two-night stay while visiting Ngorongoro Parks and Manyara Lake Park. The house was incredibly comfortable, featuring three clean and cozy bedrooms that made us feel right at home. Our host, Lozar, was exceptionally friendly, always available to answer our questions, and even brought us breakfast and fresh fruits each morning. The house itself was beautiful, and the backyard offered a fantastic space for relaxing, complete with a BBQ grill and a cozy chill-out area. Nights were quiet and peaceful, ensuring restful sleep, and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed walking around the safe neighborhood, which added to our sense of comfort. The location was perfect for exploring both Ngorongoro Parks and Manyara Lake Park. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

Die Wohnung besticht mit Meerblick und der ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Zum nächten Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man schnell weitere Strände, Restaurants und schöne Ausflugsziele. Das Bett war super bequem, die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Praktisch fanden wir die Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sehr gut und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Sophie ist sehr nett und antwortet sofort. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Home away from home, what you see is what you get .the only thing I had issues with was the stairs I had luggage and it was on the last floor but the helper assisted me I was very happy with everything definitely coming back here🤗.

L’appartement de Jackline est conforme à la description et aux photos, il est fonctionnel et très bien placé. La salle de sport, la piscine ainsi que la boulangerie sont de vrais avantages. Nous recommandons et si nous sommes de nouveau de passage à Nairobi, nous reviendrons! Merci.

My stay at Peters apartment was fantastic. He is a very kind and responsive host. When there was a problem ( so small not worth mentioning) He came over personally and made sure it was solved in a timely fashion. What’s not mentioned it’s other complementary services like replenishing water and housekeeping came everyday and clean the whole apartment, which is unheard of for that price! There’s a decent full functioning gym on the ground floor and free parking. Location is great if you want to be close to town ( 350m from sarit centre) All in all I had a great experience and felt Safe at all times! Highly recommended and will return next time I’m in Nairobi.

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.
