Cottage/Finnish Sauna Amongst the Cedars

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. There's lots to do! We are five minutes from the beautiful town of Poulsbo, 20 minutes from Bainbridge Island and the ferry to Seattle, and just 1 1/2 hour to the heart of the Olympic National Park. We are 45 minutes from Pt. Townsend. We are also close by to lovely trails and beaches on the Kitsap Peninsula.

Fall asleep while counting actual sheep and senenaded by frogs and wake to birdsong in the morning! Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
