Renta de casas de campo vacacionales en Agnone

Villetta davvero incantevole, immersa nel verde di un colle sopra Gaeta, con vedute mozzafiato sul mare ed i monti circostanti. Luogo ideale per chi cerca il silenzio e la pace della natura a soli 7 minuti dal paese e da bellissime spiagge. L'ultimo tratto di strada è piuttosto impegnativo e richiede una guida sicura e sciolta ma, una volta arrivati, tutto invita a restare: l'arredamento caldo e personale, le ampie porte e finestre luminose (dotate di provvidenziali zanzariere) e il terrazzo affacciati sul panorama, nonché il bel giardino. La casa non dispone di wifi e la copertura cellulare è limitata ad alcune zone. Dalla cucina si utilizza una scala piuttosto ripida per salire al piano superiore (eventualmente aggirabile dall'esterno). Accoglienza molto calorosa da parte di un'amica del proprietario, che ci ha fornito totale disponibilità, preziosi consigli e supporto durante il soggiorno, nonché un gradito omaggio di benvenuto. Siamo stati benissimo, grazie Iole e Robertangelo!

posto magnifico, vista mozzafiato, servizi descritti funzionanti e top!!! siamo stati accolti da Costanza con amore e disponibilità! persona umana e gentilissima. colazione fatta in casa con vista mare… cosa chiedere di meglio? luogo perfetto per staccare la spina e godersi un po’ di relax, da ritornarci assolutamente!!!!

Struttura fantastica, abbiamo trascorso del tempo piacevolissimo. Aveva tutto l’occorrente per stare benissimo. Unica piccola pecca la mancanza di condizionatore nella stanza al piano inferire. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Estoy enamorado de este lugar, el espacio es muy amplio y luminoso. Si necesitas moverte a Sorrento es demasiado facil, tiene unas vistas muy lindas y la zona esta llena de rest y bares, etc. Caro es demasiado amable y siempre busca la manera de apoyarte en lo necesario, sin duda regresare

Le Janare - is a complete gem of a find, totally unique. We had such a relaxing and tranquil stay, with gorgeous surroundings that made everything even more relaxing. A true haven. You have complete privacy and the additional amenities provided for your sole use are a fantastic touch, it’s just you, nature and the spectacular views. The villa was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed, we felt at home straight away and you could tell a lot of thought and effort had been put into the place with additional technology to enhance the stay (Bluetooth outside speakers were a great addition!) Gabriella and Franco were amazing hosts - they gave use lots of recommendations from local places to visit to helping with our bigger trips. They were welcoming, friendly and so thoughtful. The area is so special - shops/restaurants/cafes only a 5-10 minute drive away. Local history in the surrounding towns gave our trip added charm. We will be returning and I cannot wait!

Vi var to familier i en leilighet, 4 voksne og 5 barn i alder 9-15 år. Vi hadde to fantastiske uker i villaen. Villaen har en utrulig flott utsikt til sjøen, og har badebasseng, ping pong, basketkorg og mere som barne kunne aktivisere seg med. Vi kom sent om natten, men Rosa stod klar for å ta oss imot. Der var mat så vi kunne spise både frokost og lunsj neste dag. Leiligheten ble godt rengjort i løpet av oppholdet, og sengetøy ble skiftet. Det er nyttig med bil for å komme seg rundt, da butikk ikke er i ganga stand. Vi besøkte ulike nydelige strender, og ble begeistret for den koselige byen Vasto. Vi opplevde at folk generelt sett var hyggelige og imøtekommende. Vi kan absolutt anbefale Villa Osca og området rundt til andre reisende.

Siamo state bene, una vera oasi di tranquillità grazie alla quale ci siamo disintossicate dal caos della nostra grande città; le mie tre nanerottole hanno avuto tantissimo spazio per esplorare in sicurezza il terreno circostante. Cristiano è un host gentilissimo e premuroso, sempre disponibile ed attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente: BRAVO!!!

A beautiful oasis away from the bustle of Capri, with Anacapri a bus ride away. The cottage is a place to relax. We went to the local market (which is a walk, but everything is a walk on the island), cooked, and dined al fresco. Massimo was wonderfully responsive and helpful. Because we were there during a heatwave, the only thing which would have made it better would have been airconditioning - at least in the main bedroom. Because it is in a garden there are mosquitos, but with the insect repellent provided, we were ok. We enjoyed our stay.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum. Der malerische Blick auf‘s Meer hat uns direkt abgeholt und wesentlich zur Entspannung beigetragen. Die knallblauen Fliesen, der Kamin, der umliegende Olivenhain - alles spielt zusammen und macht den Ort wirklich sehr besonders. Absolute Empfehlung!

Giovanni's cottage is a perfect place to explore Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and of course Mt Vesuvio. He is an excellent host, the cottage is well maintained and easy to stay in.

In het knusse appartement met de vele terrassen van Antonio voelde wij ons meteen thuis. Aan alles is gedacht. De keuken uitrusting is compleet, je kunt er goed maaltijden klaarmaken en er is zelfs een vaatdoek en theedoek wat in bijna elk huisje ontbreekt. :-) Voorzieningen in de badkamer, zoals shampoo, lotion e.d. zijn er maar ook het terras is voorzien van lampjes, kaarsje en muggen afstotende spiraal. Er zijn nieuwe terrasmeubels geplaatst met heerlijke kussens, alles is heel gezellig en stijlvol en we hebben ook van alle terrassen gebruik gemaakt. Het matras slaapt heerlijk. De badkamer is ouder maar schoon alleen de douche cabine is zeer klein. Aan de straatkant is een weg en spoorlijn welke je zeker hoort maar je went aan het geluid en als je de deuren en ramen dicht doet dan heb je er geen last van. Het strandbed/stoel met parasol was perfect om aan het strand te liggen, dit voelde als een luxe. Voor restaurants en supermarkt heb je een auto voor nodig. Antonio bedankt!!

This apartment was a perfect spot for my daughters stay here in Tufillo. The apartment is a nicely updated traditional house with lots of exposed beams and boasts a lovely view of the mountains from its patio. She appreciated the well laid out and cozy kitchen floor the most as her stay was in winter and the woodstove is there for heating the radiators. She looks forward to returning at other times of the year.

Padrone di casa gentilissimo e luogo da favola. Ideale per rilassarsi nella natura e staccare da tutto. Ci ritornerò con la mia cagnolona sicuramente.

We loved staying at Sabrina’s Airbnb. From the minute we arrived we felt at peace in her home and beautiful garden! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The garden was bigger than I expected and very warm and welcoming. It was fun to stroll around the fruit trees. The town of Sorrento is very close by and only a slight climb back to your stay. Sabrina was also very responsive and gave us wonderful, restaurants, activities and transportation tips! I highly recommend staying here.

Per me, il paradiso. Ho soggiornato un mese intero e non sarei andata più via. La casa è accogliente e provvista di qualsiasi cosa possa rendere il soggiorno comodo e funzionale, non è di lusso, ma non era il lusso che cercavo, volevo rigenerarmi e riposarmi in un ambiente confortevole più vicino possibile al mare e la casa di Paolo ha superato di gran lunga ogni mia aspettativa. La vista che si gode dalla casa è qualcosa che scalda il cuore, di giorno con il mare che hai la sensazione di toccare e di notte con la luna e la sua scia di luce che arriva fino a lambire la casa. Il valore aggiunto è proprio il padrone di casa, Paolo è stato sempre super gentile, simpatico e solerte nel soddisfare ogni mia anche minima esigenza, un vero peccato non averlo conosciuto di persona. Ha avuto una pazienza enorme con la mia goffaggine (non riuscivo neanche ad aprire la portafinestra, una frana proprio). Ero sola ma sapevo che avrei avuto una persona su cui contare in ogni momento, e non è poco.

Wir haben zehn wunderbare Tage in Miriams Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig funktional eingerichtet. Das schönste ist der Platz am Fenster mit dem traumhaften Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Der Garten ist auch sehr angenehm. Conca ist ein sehr schöner und - zumindest Anfang Oktober - ein ruhiger Ort. Im Gegensatz zu Hotspots wie Amalfi und Positano wirkt es nur wenig touristisch. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und tolle Wanderungen gemacht. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Und die Pizza Buffala im Restaurant "Le Bonta del Capo" ist die Beste, die wir je gegessen haben. Der Weg runter zum täglichen Schwimmen ist in den ersten Tagen wegen der gefühlt 1000 Stufen noch etwas mühsam, aber nach ein paar Tagen Übung eine Freude. Miriam wa eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin, die immer sofort reagiert und eine Lösung parat hatte. Natascha hat uns freundlich begrüße und uns alles sehr gut erklärt.

if you are looking to spend your vacation in a place where you can feel at home enjoying all the comforts and a beautiful garden to relax, we strongly recommend going to " La Gardenia" This place is conveniently located very close to the beach and the train and bus station to be able to travel to visit all the places you want. The owner is a charming woman who is always attentive to the needs of her guests and treats them with great warmth and friendliness. She recommended places to visit and even took us to some of them, showing the best views and taking photos with her living dog Camila. Thank you very much María Rosario and Camila for helping us to spend a week of vacation full of happiness and unforgettable memories!!! A big hug for both of you!!!😘

This place is unique and magic. As simple as that. Sea view from the house is right like the photos, meaning wonderful. Also the house is super nicely decorated with a lot of small cute details. An old kitchen perfectly functioning with everything that is needed and old the charme of the traditional Italian houses. Monica has been incredibly welcoming: flexible for late check in and late check out. She offered nice gifts at our arrival and was very helpful, booking restaurants and recommending places to see. The house is located in a perfect spot to visit the amalfi coast: right at the beginning so far from the crowd, right outside the village of Vietri.

Comunicazione con gli Host fantastica, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi ora per qualsiasi problema, è raro trovare persone che sanno prendersi cura degli ospiti come sanno fare loro. La location è fantastica con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, per apertivi indimenticabili, inoltre c’è la comodità del parcheggio accanto all’alloggio, che non è da sottovalutare. L’ alloggio è curatissimo e super pulito, è super fornito; inoltre si trova pochi minuti fuori Gaeta, quindi si evita il caos della cittadina, che per chi vuole il relax non è poco, inoltre sono facilmente raggiungibili le più belle spiaggia del posto. Altamente consigliato.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in La Mandra und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ombretta und ihre Familie sind außergewöhnlich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail dafür sorgen, dass der Aufenthalt unvergesslich wird. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Ein echtes Highlight waren die frischen Eier von den Hühnern im Garten sowie die Zitronen direkt vom Baum. Die Lage ist super für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Und abends kommt man zurück in diese kleine Oase der Ruhe und kann den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen.

The location was a bit difficult to find and the check-in by 6pm made things a bit complicated. However, the host was very hospitable and helped us when we encountered difficulties. The room has everything one needs, the location is very picturesque and the main attractions are close by car.
