Clean, like described. Close to the bath house which was also clean. Nice walking trails for us and the dogs. So quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view of the night sky. Coffee, water and cups provided.

This is a wonderful little place tucked back in the mountains. Loved the chickens, goats and dogs. Great areas to walk the dogs. The hosts were very friendly and the house was clean and comfortable.

Diyeth responded very quickly, she was super nice, and also when I asked for a breakfast recommendation, she advised of a great place. It was great food and worth the price. Would definitely stay at her place again if available.

This was my second stay at David and Mieko’s place, and it was just as incredible as I remembered—maybe even more so. The space is peaceful, artful, and thoughtfully curated, with every detail inviting you to slow down and feel at ease. David and Mieko are truly special people—so kind, down-to-earth, and welcoming. It’s rare to find hosts who create both a beautiful space and a genuine sense of connection. I’m so grateful I got to return, and I already look forward to the next visit. This is my favorite place to stay out of all the Airbnbs I have visited over the years. I give my highest possible recommendation!

Nice place! Certainly it met all our needs and was clean and comfortable. Host Lynette was very responsive to our messages. Quiet neighborhood with extra amenity of location next door to a place that sells the best ice cream (home made) in Douglas! We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for anyone spending time in the Douglas area.

The house was just as advertised, very clean with all amenities necessary for a very comfortable stay. Definitely recommend it and will book again. Much better than any hotel in Douglas.
