Nice place, cold aircon to sum up it was great

We loved our stay at Butuan City. The place was able to accommodate our large group comfortably. There’s A/C available throughout the house and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The welcome package was also a very nice surprise to receive when we arrived! The caretaker of the house was helpful whenever we needed to contact them. Misael was extremely responsive whenever we would message them regarding any questions we had. They are also very understanding of our situation and let us check into the house earlier without any issues! Will definitely recommend this stay to others staying in the area.

Sir Yolando's house is our home away from home. It was clean and all amenities were complete. Sir Lando was very hospitable and welcoming. He knows how to adjust to our language and accommodating to our request. Perfect stay for a first time user of airbnb. 😊

Home away from home! We highly recommend this place. We had an incredible time staying with family. The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from meat shop/grocery store, and the neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. We hope to stay here again in the future. Kimberly's place was very beautifullly decorated, small but everything you need. She was very responsive, quickly answered any questions I had.

This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍
