Grace and her Husband were quite helpful. The place was awesome and well equipped with necessary things. in fact we utilized the facilities to the fullest. We cooked almost all our meals using there utensils and cooking stove. Even Refrigerator and the Washing machine worked well. Special mention about my kid who loved here stay and also talking to the host couple. They had given lot of recommendations, not just about near about areas, but also on other matters like Visas, Residency procedures, etc They always were proactive to check if we are comfortable and require anything. I shall like to recommend there current place or any other place, as it's not just about the place, but also there passion to be a great host.

Wir waren hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mr Dali ist ein sehr freundliche Person, die uns jederzeit Sachen zur Fügung gestellt hat und gebracht hat, die wir gewollt haben. Das war einzigartig. Sonst war die Lage mit dem Meerblick das Geld auf alle Fälle wert und auch die Toiletten mit drei Bademöglichkeit und zwei Toiletten ist sehr gut, wenn man mit einer großen Anzahl von Personen anreist. Außerdem gibt es ausreichend es Möglichkeiten im Restaurant, sowohl auch im Apartment unten, sowohl aber auch in der Umgebung alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar Und die Innenstadt von Dubai ist mit dem Auto zwischen 30 und 45 Minuten erreichbar Danke Herr Dali für die schönen Zeit und für die flexible Kommunikation Er hat uns auch unsere Wünsche sofort erfüllt und uns auch sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank bis bald wenn wir wiederkommen, werden wir noch mal bei Ihnen anfragen.

المكان رهيب بصراحة! وسيع ونظيف، وموقعه خرافي عالبحر على طول. الغروب هناك شي خيالي، وMoner والله ما قصر، سريع بالرد وخدوم لأبعد حد. أنصح فيه وبقوة، ولو رجعت للمنطقة أكيد بحجزه من جديد.

السلبيه الوحيده فقط انه لايوجد عازل للشمس في غرف النوم ، واجهت صعوبات ف النوم لانني معتاد ان انام في ظلام دامس

Khalid’s residence was as described. Area was under construction at the time, driving took longer than expected. Overall great stay, with a nice view.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!
