The Cottage is located in the bottom of fjord Ólafsfjörður, in the mountains. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a private geothermal hot tub in a garden-in-house area, that can be opened up to the terrace. The cottage is well equipped (fully equipped kitchen & washer), a new WIFI for guests to use, and has new quality mattresses made up with comfortable linen, soft towels and warm blankets. The area is extremely peaceful. In the backyard is a heated football court and a playground for kids.

The house sits on the water's edge with stunning views of the fjord and mountains where you can sometimes watch the whales and dolphins. PLEASE NOTICE: The island is located in the northern part of Iceland. It is a five-hour drive from Reykjavik. And you need to take a ferry to get there. No cars, pedestrians only. The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

Ytri Vík cottages are located by the Troll peninsula The location and its views are breathtaking and perfect for mountain skiers during the winter time, and for couples or bigger groups all year around. Would you like to relax in the hot tub, listen to the wild bird life and see the whales jumping around just a few meters from the shore in the summer time or enjoy the northern lights while you soak in during other months of the year.
