It was amazing apartment felt we are home. 5min from all attractions/parks. Clean and neat. Same as pictures. Highly recommend. Easy to communicate with owner. And quick. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Olena was a true Superhost—her communication before and during our trip was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible with all the requests we had for our family, making everything so easy and seamless. The apartment itself was well-furnished, functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from the stunning white sands of Saadiyat Beach, with plenty of great restaurant options just a short walk away. It was a perfect and relaxing home base for our family. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again!

The place is without faults. Close to all Yas island activities. Very close to Abu Dhabi airport. 75 minutes to Dubai airport. Half an hour to Abu Dhabi down town and one hour to Dubai down town. The host is great and very responsive.

The accommodation was clean and adequate for what we needed. We paid a good price compared to other places nearby. Simon responded to queries quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a well placed small apartment to sleep in then would highly recommend

The stay was awesome. The flat was as per the pics, clean and with all the amenities as described, good location - easily accessible. Check in and check out was really smooth. Loreta is a great host….super quick response in everything. We really enjoyed our stay here.

L'appartamento risponde alla realtà. Ben arredato, confortevole. Ci siamo trovati bene con la Famiglia, la zona è vicina al Mall del World trade center e al Lungomare. Per la posizione:per alcuni Taxi è stato difficile trovare l'indirizzo perché è in una via meno trafficata, ma per questo non abbiamo avuto tanti problemi. Il palazzo sembra datato, ma fa parte di una zona comunque centrale della Capitale e vicina ai parchetti pubblici, al Lungomare ed alla spiaggia. L'appartamento ci è piaciuto e lo consiglierei .

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.

Khalfan is hands down the best Airbnb host we have ever had. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, available, and accommodating — even before our arrival. The place itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and extremely kid-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The compound was equally impressive — very safe and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like a pool, kids’ pool, and gym. Located right in the heart of Yas, it was close to all the major activities. Our kids especially loved being so near to all the soft play areas and entertainment options. Great place to have a quiet weekend with your family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Saeed’s villa. Check-in was smooth, and we were allowed to store our luggage early, which was a big help. The villa is spacious, spotless, and feels brand new. It’s located in a quiet, family-friendly community with a children’s play area right next door. Parking was available right at the villa, which made things very convenient. Saeed was incredibly responsive—he answered every question immediately or within the hour, which made the experience even better. The kitchen had all the basic essentials like plates, cups, and cutlery. For longer stays or frequent cooking, just note the pots and pans are limited, though it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, it was a beautifully maintained and well-managed property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Saeed’s place to anyone looking for comfort, space, and excellent hospitality.

This place was truly amazing and ended up being the highlight of my trip to Abu Dhabi. It was my first time visiting the country, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The house was exactly as described in the listing—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. It provided more than enough room for everyone, and each of us had our own space to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. It was the perfect setup for our group! very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.
