Jim was so flexible. At first I thought i was going to get there early on friday so I wrote him if I could check in early. He said I could be there at noon. We did not end up leaving texas until friday evening so we arrived around 10 am on saturday. The place looked so amazing I still wanted to stay an extra day anyway, I asked if I could add an extra day to my stay since we missed the friday (of course we meant to pay) and he said we definitely could and since we missed friday we could stay the extra day for free! I intended to pay but he said it was fine! Then he walked my kids and I through the main property. The deck, the boathouse, the lake! Wow!!!! It was so beautiful and peaceful! It was like a scene from a movie. Jim offered up sodas and waters and told us if we needed any we can get some at anytime. Walked us inside the main house and said we could get coffee and overall a great and kind host. While out he was messaging me on the AirBNB app to suggest places to visit! 🙌🏼

What an incredible and unique experience! Staying in the bus was such a fun twist on a getaway. The interior was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed—comfy bed, great lighting, and even some nice personal touches. It felt like glamping with charm and character. The location was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome. We had an accident while staying with them, they came picked us up took us to get our rental and let us checkout late. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary!

As always Dave was there for any thing, enjoy coming here and will come again have stayed here many times. They also ha a beautiful tiny house available, I told the grandkids we need to get it , they all said no they the camper. We also enjoyed the pool

We had some hiccups in our travel plans and Charles was extremely kind and generous. If and when we pass that way again we will certainly try to stay with him.

This experience will take you to a secluded micro camper nestled in a wooden shelter with a lookout tower. It starts out by being welcomed and driven out by an ATV through a thrilling dirt path, then given supplies and left for the night. We got ourselves situated and had a wonderful night, after finding the mosquito netting 😂 wonderful experience, highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay, and will definitely be back again! Cindy and Michael are the ALL time BEST hosts. We are so happy we met them. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful place with us. It is so peaceful and serene. But close enough to everything to be convenient. So happy we found this place!

Perfect weekend getaway in a super nice RV!! We did a lot of fishing in the pond and caught some really nice bass and bluegill! The barn had all types of games like corn hole, a huge connect four game, all of your fishing gear needed, and a big gas grill for our cooking needs!Just a beautiful place! We also were very close to a creek to kayak, and we spent a whole day doing that! This place was close enough to town, but we felt a million miles away!!

The cabin is beautiful and full of charm. We went for the weekend following Thanksgiving which was cold. Craig was very accommodating for us (needed a later checking due to work) . He even turned the heat up so we came in to a warm cabin. He gave us a tour of the property even though it was chilly we enjoyed seeing the little bonuses. We are already thinking about a return trip and we're locals.

We loved our stay! The camper was spacious and fully equipped. Thoughtful touches (like bar soap & makeup remover wipes) really made the difference since I forgot mine! We loved the area and wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Debbie's camper was perfect when we needed a place to stay to break up a long road trip with our four kids. It was super clean and the beds were all made up and ready for us when we got in late. The view over the lake was so pretty in the morning, even despite the rain! I hope if we travel through the area again we can come back and see the sunrise next time!

This was a wonderful place to stay. I stayed for a week. Etic is a great host and responded to any questions immediately. I loved staying on the farm. It was nice to look out the window and see the cows standing around. If you are traveling through the area I would definitely recommend staying here. When i am in the area again, I plan to stay again.

We had everything we needed and extra. great location to local race event we attend quite often and shopping. Felt at home.

An incredibly good stay, very clean and comfortable. Heather and Joseph are top-notch hosts with the most affordable place to stay in the area. Their property is very peaceful and situated in a spot of nature, perfect for a peaceful wind down after a long day. I couldn't recommend them more, 10/10.

Diamond’s property is quiet and peaceful. The bus is nicely decorated and provided a fun experience for our young family. Having our own assigned toilet was a big plus. Diamond greeted us in the morning and showed us all the animals on the farm. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again.

This place is great, and worth the money the host is wonderful as well! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! My two-year-old daughter really liked the camper and loved the outside area as well. We came down for a wedding and we really loved our stay here although it was a short stay. it is a spot that we will definitely come back and bring our dogs to!

Curtis place was very clean and it was so peaceful in the area it’s located !

Very good Easter weekend, Jorge went above and beyond , he set out Easter eggs for my son to find Easter morning, ! Great host!
