WE LOVED THE QUINTA!!! We were 12 seniors and had an amazing time at this beautiful and comfortable property. Francisco was always very responsive and proactive and showed us the place in detail. Ana, the administrator, was so sweet and attentive to our needs and also cooked delicious meals for us. Douglas took care of the beautiful gardens and the pool. We enjoyed relaxing massages. The town is close by and has a good super market and restaurants. We had a lot of fun during our stay and loved the place. THANK YOU all of you for your wonderful hospitality!

"Laura's house is simply amazing! The beautiful garden made our stay even more special, especially the two lovely birds that spent the day with us and built their nests in the palms. The interior of the house is stunning and very cozy, everything is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. The location is perfect – not far from the lake, so we were able to enjoy some wonderful hikes. The house matches the description exactly, and we felt right at home. An unforgettable stay – many thanks to Laura for her warm hospitality!"

Our stay here was amazing. We saw the pictures on the listing and knew we were in for a treat but it’s even better in person. The drive up is very rocky with lots of sharp mountain road turns but the arrival is well worth it!! The directions to get there were helpful but we found it useful to map to Nepenthe which is very close to the property. Definitely stay here for your rainforest getaway! We’ll remember it forever!

We really enjoyed our stay at the view! It was our last night before heading back home. Place was amazing and with three sliding glass doors, it becomes open air with a nice breeze. View is stunning - we got there at 3 pm so we got sunset, twinkling city light, some lightning in the distance, and left a little after 6 am so sunrise too. Kitchenette has everything you need for your stay. Hot tub was a real treat with some wine after an amazing trip! Super comfy beds. We would def stay again!

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

EXCELLENTE!!! I brought my Son, his wife and 5 and 8 year old. We lived in the pool area after the excursions. The beds were comfortable, TV easy, everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The house was a short 2 block walk to town and good restaurants. It’s at the end of a road so no thru traffic or street noise. FYI- the pizza place down the street has terrible pizza! La Fortuna restaurant was great! Pura Vida. Thank you Rebecca!!!

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous view, comfy bed, great shower. Everything was very clean, nice to have laundry service available. Check in was easy, they were even able to get us in early. Very secure area. Loved being across from Mistico Parque - we got up early and walked the trails before the tour buses got there. Breakfast was so good the first day, delicious and wonderful service. Second not so much but maybe because it was Saturday. Wonderful stay all around!

We absolutely loved our stay at Karla’s house on the river! It was absolutely beautiful, amazing yard for the adults to relax and children to play. Karla gave us the perfect restaurant & market recommendations, absolutely perfect stay & location.
