We absolutely loved our stay at Karla’s house on the river! It was absolutely beautiful, amazing yard for the adults to relax and children to play. Karla gave us the perfect restaurant & market recommendations, absolutely perfect stay & location.

Wonderful host, very friendly and considerate, we had everything we could possibly need in the house. 25min walk to the town, short drive to activities. Quiet street. We had a great rest. Thank you so much!

We had a great short stay, could return already to continue discovering the many things to do, bathing, hiking, and the like. We had a great time at this beautiful house! It’s a small little pool, but it feels so idyllic and peaceful, like Paradise. We spent time just sitting in the pool, talking and sipping drinks. The Internet is great. And the air conditioning is perfect. There’s plenty of space and the front and backyard are gorgeous. We did yoga and read outside. We couldn’t have asked for Anything more!!

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

We are 100% coming back to this beautiful little haven! It is impossible to put into words the inspiring experience we had here in such a short time. We didn't want to leave! The house is comfortable, clean and close to everything, yet it's completely private and safe. You can take any tour or go to Fortuna easily, but you can't miss what is at your fingertips; I HIGHLY recommend this family's cooking class, where you can walk through their wild organic garden and eat fresh food. The magnificence of the cooking class experience is impossible to explain. This family is salt-of-the-earth, which can be hard to find. Be sure to ask for the breakfast sandwich too, which is to die for! Questions were quickly answered. Requests were immediately taken care of. All the little details that Lidiana added made the visit extra meaningful. If you want a real "Tico" Costa Rica experience and are looking for a taste of what the rainforest and culture here have to offer, then look no further.

Nos gustó mucho el lugar, nos recibieron con nuestros perritos, es un espacio seguro, tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, muy bonito y muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. El aire acondicionado hace un poco de ruido y vibran las ventanas de los cuartos.

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous view, comfy bed, great shower. Everything was very clean, nice to have laundry service available. Check in was easy, they were even able to get us in early. Very secure area. Loved being across from Mistico Parque - we got up early and walked the trails before the tour buses got there. Breakfast was so good the first day, delicious and wonderful service. Second not so much but maybe because it was Saturday. Wonderful stay all around!

it was a pleasure staying in finca Nuevo camino! there is a beauty spirit about the place, being there in my own felt like I was with family :) 10/10 would recommend
