Roy’s place was great for two people visiting La Fortuna. We did have a car but we walked into town a few times. He also provides breakfast ordering options, which was great for early mornings before tours. A great quiet home base!

Really nice and comfortable room in a modern motel-like complex called Arenal Rooms. Room was clean and spacious. We appreciated having access to the facility's roof deck; it was perfect for watching volcano-view sunsets (dreamy!). It's in an area of town we liked -- far enough from the beating heart to be quiet, but close enough to walk to anywhere in town. There's also a super funky and tasty restaurant next door -- soda rodriguez. Think jungle treehouse fort with great food and handmade decor. We even saw a sloth while dining there. Hosts were kind and responsive. Would return!

Todo estuvo excelente, tienen una localización muy cerca de todo, es un muy buen lugar para relajarse después de las largas caminatas, muy limpio, el jacuzzi está súper agusto y está muy bien equipado si lo que planean es cocinar en casa. Se siente muy seguro tanto para quedarse como para dejar el coche.

This is a very nice place to stay. The room was spotlessly clean. Roy and his staff were very kind and proactive, they responded immediately to questions I had during my stay. The kitchen is very well stocked, they even had coffee and sugar, so nice to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning, without having to go to the store. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, and shops. But far enough for it to be quiet, so I enjoyed a good night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay in La Fortuna. The loft house was so comfortable and had great security. We walked into town a lot for meals and shopping and could hop in our car to go hiking, zip lining and more. We will definitely try to stay here if we are in the area again. Our favorite dinner restaurant was Chifa La Familia Feliz (opens at 6pm).

Reyna is the best :) She is always happy & ready to help. We stayed in another house because reparation was needed, but she really came through. There are often no numbers at the houses in Costa Rica so due to an internet problem it was a little search to find the right house, but after that we were happy we stayed in a nice neighbourhood and also close to the centre.

The apartment was as described! Booked this for my father-in-law who came to visit me and my husband. He spent most of the day with us and appreciated being able to go back to his own place in the evenings where it’s spacious, comfy, clean, and quiet. He sends his thanks for the hot chocolate powder that was in the apartment. It was very thoughtful of the hosts. We will definitely book again when he comes back to visit. 🙂

This Airbnb is a nature lover's dream. Beside the bedroom and bathroom, everything is outside! We enjoyed cooking, reading, and playing cards outside on the covered patio. There are lots of birds and lizards to see and the landscaping is beautiful. We used the pool daily, which is in a very cute area. The location is close to downtown Sarchi. Alonso was very responsive to everything we needed.

We had a great time staying in La Fortuna at one of the Home Vacations properties! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to La Fortuna. The company office also had great recommendations of places to eat and things to do and made booking activities a breeze.

The place is close to the airport, but not too close for airplane noise, super clean, with wonderful AC, that cools the place in less than 10 min. Nice roof top terrace with great views of the area. I arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised by the snacks that were provided in the kitchen. Michael is a very attentive, and communicative host with eye for detail. I booked a stay for two nights, unfortunately I had to leave earlier than planned.. Michael was so gracious to refund me for one night. Which he didn’t have to do. That shows you what a great and sincere person he is. Pura Vida!

This Airbnb is such a rare and unique experience. The views are spectacular! Between excursions, we spent our morning before check out taking in the constantly changing/shifting panoramic views of the clouds & sun & watching the birds from the bed. Mesmerizing! We spent an evening enjoying the sunset from the beautiful deck. The decor is sleek, modern, and the unit is very clean. The bed is comfortable. There were blankets & a heater when temps dropped. The location is literally steps away from the Monteverde reserve entrance so extremely convenient for us to walk over. Stella’s down the hill was excellent for meals and we dropped into a small local whole foods grocer across the road from Stella’s for a few items. Don’t pass up this gem!

Clean and beautiful! There was a huge back porch overlooking a field and a view of the Arenal volcano. Nice neighborhood.

I spent three months here, and everything was great! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed, including good internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy furniture. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transport. Communication with Tatiana was easy, and she was always helpful and responsive.🏡✨

Excelente lugar, muy cómodo y tranquilo. Cerca de la Fortuna de San Carlos y otros lugares turísticos de la zona. Diana, la anfitriona, estuvo siempre atenta a las necesidades y muy amable. Súper recomendado….

Excelentes anfitriones. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier necesidad. El hospedaje es aún más bonito que en las fotos, y sin duda volvería ya que tiene una buena ubicación, en una zona tranquila y cerca de varios negocios comerciales, además cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para estar cómodos ya sea uno o varios días. Recomendado totalmente.

Lugar tranquilo y bonito. En anfitrión muy amable. Siempre atento por si necesitábamos algo. Tiene panadería y restaurantes cerca, además, es fácil de llegar al lugar.
