What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

Location and house couldn’t be better for great day time activities. Our kids loved it (15 yo) they were able to safely go about their days independently. House was beautiful, airy, bright. As stated in some reviews bring earplugs for the primary as it faces a busy street and by 7am it gets noisy. But we’ll be back. Totally worth it.

Very cute cottage in great location! Brett was very accommodating, responsive and helpful. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The space was clean and updated with a nice kitchen and living area, comfortable bed and a great shower! Cute outdoor sitting area and porch with fruit trees and flowers. Brett showed us around and was available if we needed anything. It lacked a little privacy as we were only feet away from the 3 or 4 other units sharing the property though. It wasn't an issue, Brett and the other neighbors were super nice and considerate. Only other area of concern was the lack of storage in the bedroom and bathroom. Other than a small closet there wasnt any room for 2 people's weeks worth of clothing or hardly any counter space to set bathroom items. We had to live out of our suitcases in the family room and kitchen which was a little frustrating and in the way. All in all we had a great time and even stayed an extra day. 5 stars!

My parents spent 5 weeks at Tom and Paula‘s and loves their time there: The house is located in a very quiet residential area. It is very well maintained and tastefully decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed, Tom even got icecream for us. They really have thought of all the details! For example they had set the (quick and efficient) temperature control to Celsius for us! Tom was very attentive and always super helpful! We will gladly come back.

Our friend group stayed at the Comfy Cottage for the Long Beach Grand Prix and really enjoyed the place! The hosts were very proactive and helpful in giving us recommendations to avoid having to drive to the track each day. They were also extremely friendly and available throughout our stay for any questions. The home was very clean and has a well executed nautical theme! We enjoyed finding the various thematic Easter eggs in the decor throughout our stay! We didn't have any kids with us, but the home is well equipped for a group with kids (lots of toys and games, as well as baby gates). There is a parking space for the Airbnb in the alley - there are some tight turns to get there, so a sedan or small crossover would be the best option if you are bringing a car, but you could probably park a bigger vehicle on the street if needed. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Long Beach!

Convenient location, not far from pool. I enjoyed my stay. The space is comfortable and spacious. Will definitely consider it again if I'm in the area. Rosemary was helpful and responsive.

We booked this location last minute. Hank and Kimberlyanna were quick to respond and give us access to the property. Perfect location! Beach is right across the street. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. House has a good vibe. Comfortable and cozy. Livingroom opens up to patio with a beautiful view! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun, walkable location.

Carla is a wonderful host. Her place is very charming. Comfy beds and amenities. She provides everything you could possibly want in an away from home experience. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, enjoying the beach or just taking a relaxing walk. We will definitely book again.

This home exceeded all expectations in a variety of different ways. I am a fanatic about old charm, intriguing decor and comfort in any property I rent for my leisure & personal travel. This is my favorite hole so far and Peter was a wonderful host. His personality and worldly experiences were really evident in his place & I loved it. I will be back! My doodle adored the back yard and I was grateful to have both the indoor and outdoor spaces be so enjoyable. It was a great combination for our stay.
