I was very comfortable at Patrick’s! The yurt was so near the national park. As a solo female traveler, I felt at ease with the stay and appreciated Patrick’s clear instructions/ communication. I would happily stay here again!

This is the perfect location if you’re visiting the Sand Dunes! Could not get over the stunning and private location. The home is tucked next to breathtaking mountains, and it felt extra special to have a view of the Sand Dunes so we could enjoy the view sipping our coffee in the morning. The home is incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We had a baby, and the primary bedroom’s closet was large enough to fit the pack n’ play- which led to good sleep for everyone. The Zapata Falls hike nearby was also a must, and was doable with an 18 month old and 4 year old. This was a perfect weekend getaway in every way.

We stayed at Justin's place while we attended my mother's celebration of life. The house was very inviting, had lots of space, and was in driving distance to alot of restaurants and stores. Great place for family time ! The pool table and arcade game was great !

Such a perfect big log cabin for family! So many little extras like breakfast items, snacks, butter, cooking oil-really anything you might need is there. Perfect spot for a big group. 20 minute drive to sand dunes and other fun attractions in the area. A warm welcome from the hosts, a beautiful wood stove, and wrap around porch that circles the entire house, makes this is an excellent place. Our two 7 year olds and a 9 year old had a blast running in circles on the porch and riding their bikes outside.

Though the weather didn't really cooperate with our plans we really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for a weekend get away for a nice relaxing time. The home was as described and was ready upon our arrival. Tannis was a good communicator and host and the home was very welcoming upon our arrival. As Airbnb owners we appreciate a rental done right and this in deed is being done correctly. We will be back on a warmer nicer weather weekend for sure and would recommend staying at tilted ranch house.

Was as pictured! Laureen was very kind and the bnb had a cute book for all the guests to write in! I’ve stayed in many bnbs and that was very unique to me!

The host are always responsive, kind and their home is beautiful. It is walkable and the neighborhood feels safe and the neighbors are kind. Highly recommend

Great location, lovely front porch, comfortable beds, very nice kitchen!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The house itself is situated with a fantastic view out the front across the plain and the back face the local mountain range making for an idyllic spot. The house itself is very new and nicely appointed. The kitchen was very well appointed while the living and were comfortable and tastefully decorated. All this and close to the great sand dunes park makes it a place we hope to return to again.
