DENALI OVERLOOK - A private house located in the woods only 6 miles from Talkeetna town. Enjoy the spectacular private view of Denali and the Alaska range from the house. Even if Denali is hidden in the clouds, you overlook the valley. You can drink morning coffee looking out at Denali. There are not many places that have a view like this. We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
