Great place to stay! Very cozy and private.

Great location. Really good communication. Coffee, cream, waters, oatmeal all supplied in the room. Very quiet.

Chism's place is beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos, and the views out the windows were fabulous. It felt like we were out in the woods, even though we were pretty close to downtown Anchorage. It was sparkling clean, and easy to access. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip to Anchorage.

Hank’s place was just as described, easy to find with his directions and easy check-in. The apartment was very clean and homey. Lots of games, books and tv provided. As described, no kitchen, but still had an old fashion mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker as well as basic dishes and utensils. Being a few miles outside of downtown it had the perfect secluded feeling without being secluded. We were able to meet Hank in person, super friendly and accommodating with answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

The best Air BnB experience we've ever had! Beautiful location, and the hosts were absolutely amazing! This place lived up to the original vibe that Air BnB was created to be! it's like going to a friend's house. The internet was not working in Sitka prior to our arrival and the hosts were great at keeping us informed of the situation. Having the car available was great for getting to see Sitka and get around for groceries. Very comfortable and cozy stay 💜 Highly recommend and hope to be lucky to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Suzi’s place! The home was spotless, filled with great amenities, and the radiant floor heating made it especially cozy on those chilly winter nights. Suzi was incredibly thoughtful host. She suggested a different entrance due to the heavy snow, which was so helpful. When we left early in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find the path to our car already shoveled. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful place with amazing views and plenty of beds for larger parties

Sarah's place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, privacy, and all the amenities necessary. We enjoyed the daily morning petting of her dog who came to our door (completely optional for guests, but we loved her.) Highly recommend, and will stay again.

This place was super cute and cozy! I needed a chill quiet weekend out of Anchorage and so happy I decided to stay here. The place was VERY clean! The bathroom was huge and I loved the shower. The bed was so super comfy!! The kitchenette was perfect for coffee and bagels in the morning and wine and apps at night. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here and it was very clean and relaxing!! The view here is beautiful in the winter—can only imagine how pretty the lake is in the summer time.

Clean, comfortable, and perfect sanctuary between and after basketball games. Hot tub was so relaxing and we loved walking down the road for coffee and ice cream. Host was flexible with early check in and space was exactly as described. Great proximity to everything in Fairbanks and host provided excellent local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Bob and Donna were amazing hosts. The most welcoming hosts we have ever seen. Bob went out of his way to help us to show Flat Top at midnight. Both helped us to understand things around Alaska for first time visitors. Best recommendations for places and restaurants as per your food choices. Best couple and host ever met. Thank You Both. The space was very cute and unique. Amenities were nice and they had a pantry with some goods from other stays. Clear instructions made it easy to navigate. I would stay here again.

I was in Anchorage for a funeral and my accommodations fell through, last minute. Because I had stayed at Julie and Doug’s twice before, I reached out and they were quick to respond and had it available for me within the hour. It was a great choice because I already knew the place was allergy free and safe. Plus, it is very comfortable and the location is great when staying in Anchorage.

Lots of little things that really made my stay awesome, broke my leg ice skating and the walking sticks provided at the entrance were my crutches for the first day, would have been SOL otherwise

Perfect space! Clean, comfortable bed, great tub, and nice amenities and touches throughout. This was my second time staying here and I hope to stay again the next time I pass through Anchorage.

We absolutely loved this space. The view was amazing. The apartment was so clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast items provided were wonderful. This is the first AirBnB we have been to that had everything we could possibly need. If this place isn’t available on our next trip to Homer, we will change dates to when it is!

My dog and I stayed long term twice at Brian and Kathleen's place. First round was 6 weeks and second round was nearly 5 months. Thoroughly enjoyed living in hillside, outside of the busier city part of Anchorage, great place to walk my dog and see moose. Brian and Kathleen were responsive to every need and were very accommodating. Puma and I were comfortable, had good privacy and enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend Brian and Kathleen's Alaskan abode.
