Spruce Haven is a beautiful place. It’s quiet in a beautiful setting. Very convenient to groceries, restaurants, and recreation. We always enjoy our stay.

The house is located in an odd back of some old school but it’s quiet and appears safe. It’s a 10 min drive from the main road near downtown. The house is part of a multiplex and is very outdated (like stuck in 1985) but most of Alaska feels that way. The best part of the stay was the host Adrienne. She was responsive, pleasant, easy going, and very accommodating. She even helped me get some fish to purchase when we didn’t catch any salmon!

I was pleasantly surprised. The place was fantastic. No issues at all. This place will be on the top of my list when I come back. Great for families. Ginger was extremely easy to communicate with and was extremely nice.

IT WAS A BEUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE WAS SO AMAZING WITH THE FIREPIT . WIIL DEFINETLY STAY AGAIN.

It was a perfect location for downtown Fairbanks. Centrally located and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops

Nice, clean and great location. WiFi was a bit spotty. There are two units and it was difficult to figure out the correct unit in the dark. But it really is a nice place.

I highly recommend this AirBnB if you are looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Fairbanks !! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. When the bathroom shower unexpectedly broke, they acted quickly and had it repaired in no time. The WiFi was exceptionally fast (250+ Mbps really!!) making it perfect for remote work without any issues. The space itself was calm, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. If I’m visiting Fairbanks again, I will definitely stay here.

Troy was a great host. Super helpful. With all the one way or one block streets, it wasn't the easiest to get to the first time (even the map wanted me to pass it and come back for no apparent reason) but after I knew where it was, it was much easier. Bed was super comfy! Didn't love that even with windows locked shut somehow smoke smells seeped in (I'm highly sensitive) and other people didn't always clean behind themselves in the kitchen. But I knew this was shared space, so it's not the host's fault. Maybe other renters are much better about it. There were signs, so it's not like the others didn't know. Overall, very happy with my stay and I'd happily refer the abb to anyone.
