Very Nice appartement. Great view, we saw a lot of eagels. Location is good and the hosts are friendly an helpfull. Very Nice they offer a rentalcar as well.

Helena is great and gee place is awesome. 2nd time we stayed here and we will stay again next time we are in Homer. Close to the spit, on Beluga lake you can watch the float planes in the summer. Quiet in the winter. You won't regret this rental

This airbnb is so spacious! We only stayed 2 nights, but I would have not have felt cramped to have stayed a month in this home. The view of the ocean is just as it looks in the picture and we appreciated the view being just as good from inside the home as outside, as it was very cold, windy, & rainy while we were there so we couldn't sit outside. The bed was very comfortable and we did cook, which the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could ever need! It was wonderful to have the washer and dryer to utilize as well. Daniel lives above the apartment and occasionally you could hear them or their dog, but it was never intrusive or during early morning or late evening. I asked Daniel if he had any recommendation for seeing moose and we did see one on the road he suggested we travel on at dusk. It was the only moose we saw on our 8 day trip to AK! I highly recommend Daniel's Airbnb and would stay here again if ever in the area.

We really enjoyed staying at Jacob’s place. It was a wonderful surprise that the place is so quiet and peaceful but also is close to everything. Jacob was very friendly and always quickly responded. We will definitely return in the future!

This place was small but great ! The bed was a little squeaky, a little tricky when trying to sneak away when putting an infant to sleep. But other than that it was just fine. And having a washing machine and dryer was great. Very close to downtown, walkable. And having a little brook out the kitchen window was so relaxing. Lovely place.

Nous avons séjourné chez Sierra, notre hôte Airbnb, et c’était une expérience fantastique. L’appartement, situé à l’étage supérieur, offrait une vue imprenable sur la rivière Chena à Fairbanks. Sierra était une hôte extrêmement gentille et flexible, nous permettant de faire un late check-in sans problème. La nuit, entre minuit et trois heures du matin, nous avons eu la chance d’observer des aurores boréales depuis le salon, un spectacle incroyable. L’appartement était très propre, bien agencé, fonctionnel, et très calme, tout en étant proche de l’aéroport, ce qui nous permettait de profiter de la tranquillité et de la beauté naturelle de Fairbanks. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Jan is always thoughtful and looks after your stay. She thinks of things to make your stay better that you won't think of.

We absolutely loved this rental! Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beautiful deck and outdoor space more, but our trip was pretty busy. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone going to Wasilla! Will definitely try to stay here in the future again. Host was easy to work with and provided all we needed. House was well stocked and clean, master bathroom was amazing and a amazing location. Loved it. 5 Star place for sure!

Had a great stay. Was 100% accurate to pictures. Extremely comfortable beds. Amazing deck and views from the living room. Watch the aurora’s from inside or out on the deck. Huge TV’s in all rooms. Easy communications and responsive hosts. A definite repeat for our next Fairbanks visit.

We are so fortunate to have found this charming place. We booked last minute due to an unforeseen emergency and we got a fast response and it happened to be in a perfect location. I would 100% stay here again.

Great stay! Located on the eastern side of Fairbanks, it was only about a 10 minute drive to the airport. There was a miscommunication with the garage code key, but the host was very responsive and helpful. Every morning provided a beautiful and scenic view over the river. Some mornings we enjoyed this view from the hot tub. The upstairs bedroom is very nice and spacious. The downstairs bedrooms were simple and sufficient enough to accommodate four of us. The downstairs bathroom is a bit small to share but we made it work. The living room provided a comfy and spacious environment for the whole group to relax in.

Eric's place was a total steal of a deal. Lots of activities to do outside on the warmer days. The inside was lovely with all the wood and lighting. We were absolutely pleased with our choice in where to stay

We love staying at Andrew's place. We were able to take the dogs for a run on the lake and saw beautiful views of Denali. At night we saw stars and northern lights from the hot tub. Couldn't ask for more! The kitchen has everything we needed to make meals. We especially love the in-floor heat in the winter, and the living room is a cozy place to relax. We will be back!

We were in town for work and Manuk’s property was a much more comfortable option than the local hotels and having a kitchen was a huge plus. The place was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Most expensive but biggest and nicest Airbnb around. This is our second time here because we liked it so much. No snow in March this year but we ice skated and biked.

Place was warm, has a sauna, massage chair, great view, in the middle of town, allen was responsive, nice tv with internet. More then worth the price.

All expectations met. the unit was clean, adequately equipped, private-ish, and peaceful. The river view from the deck is really wonderful. The property is very well kept, and the large lawn was perfect for playing catch and tag with our 8-yo grandson, who was staying with us. only a 20-minute walk to Safeway and Sportsman's Warehouse. Lots of fishing access within an easy drive for both the Kenai and Kasilof. Also lots of lakes. We loved the Kasilof for all the eagles, but didn't catch many fish there. It was pretty early in the season. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place to relax and unwind even in the off season. The condo was spacious, homey and the views unbeatable.

Surrounded by beautiful views from every room. The house was large and very clean, felt super comfortable. It was the wonderful getaway from the city that we were looking for! Not to mention it’s not far from most of the shops and restaurants in Girdwood. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back again!

This is my Alaska home when I’m in Anchorage for work! I love this place. Perfect location, you can walk to downtown (slight uphill) and to watch the sunset on the patio is beyond words. Can’t wait to come back in the late summer.

Beautiful! My family with five kids stayed here. It was safe, clean, and beautiful inside and out. The view was fantastic!
