Nous avons passez plusieurs jours chez Nikola, qui nous as accueilli généreusement ! L’endroit est magnifique et est très bien situé si vous voulez visiter toute la côte. La vue depuis les chambres est splendide et vous pouvez même prendre un petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine ! Merci Niko !

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

Unsere Zeit bei Angela war wirklich klasse. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht und ist top modern ausgestattet. Nachdem wir angekommen sind war Angela immer für uns da und hat uns viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und Strände in der Umgebung gezeigt. Wenn wir fragen hatten war sie immer erreichbar! Gerne wieder!

De communicatie met Fridolin was super. We kregen van te voren instructies en werden bij het huisje opgewacht. ook gedurende het verblijf was Fridolin proactief en behulpzaam en altijd snel beschikbaar. Het huisje voldeed aan de omschrijving en was netjes en schoon. De kinderen genoten van het zwembad en het basketbalveldje! Je hebt volledige privacy. Absoluut aan te raden!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen, sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von dem restlichen Trubel in Ksamil. Perfekte Lage und wunderbare Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Limos ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir waren sehr gern hier und kommen auch sehr gern wieder.

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Everything was great. A lovely apartment in a good location, with all amnetities needed and shops are nearby. The host was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend.

Es hätte keinen besseren Ort geben können. Zunächst findet man die Unterkunft sehe einfach. Von der Hauptstraße aus, ca. 2 min weg. Man kann es nicht verfehlen. Man parkt direkt am Haus. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist unbezahlbar, genauso wie die Ruhe und Atmosphäre. Die Beiden Besitzer haben mich herzlich mit einem Kaffee und Raki empfangen. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man braucht und ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Der Esstisch ist draußen und man kann sein Frühstück beim besten Ausblick geniessen. Nach Theth ins Zentrum und zu den bekanntesten Wanderwege sind es 10 min Fahrt. Es war einer meiner besten Airbnb Erfahrungen und ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.

Heel netjes en schoon appartementje. Alles is aanwezig. Supervriendelijke gastheer die zijn best doet om Engels te spreken. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Außergewöhnlich viel Platz, toller Garten, super liebe Hosts, sehr gastfreundlich, süße liebe Katze, wir konnten auch umsonst waschen. Der Preis mehr als fair! Gerne wieder :)

Location lontana dalla movida, quindi ottima per chi la sera vuole riposare senza essere circondati dal casino. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti con sorrisi, raki, caffè turco e anguria. Proprietari super gentili e disponibili, torneremo :)

Si vous souhaitez séjourner dans une villa au calme sur les hauteurs de Tirana loin de l’agitation, cette maison est parfaite. Les hôtes sont très gentils et discrets. Le plus : un coucher de soleil féerique depuis la terrasse de la maison. Belle recommandation !!!

C’était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement est idéal, au centre de Ksamil. La place de parking est un gros avantage. Merci à Debora pour ce séjour !

Parking privée Petits restaurants à proximité Mais surtout Endri est un hôte très amical Contacté la veille de mon arrivée (en bateau de nuit via Bari) il m'a proposé d'avancer l'heure d'arrivée afin que je puisse profiter de l'hébergement plus tôt pour me reposer L'hébergement qui se trouve dans un quartier calme convient tout à fait pour y passer plusieurs jours (cuisine, lave linge, etc...)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei An. Das Haus liegt versteckt hinter einer etwas heruntergekommenen Wohnsiedlung und ist mit dem Navi nicht ganz leicht zu finden – aber der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns in der Nähe abgeholt. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, mit einem tollen Garten, in dem wir frisches Obst genießen konnten. Vor der Tür standen Blumen, was eine besonders einladende Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und die wichtigsten Orte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Beautiful stone cottage in a stunning environment, with the perfect amount of remoteness. A short walk to the river and a spot by the bridge to swim and relax on a sandy shore. Kitchen items were all clean, as well as the rest of the house. Host was extremely helpful during our stay, especially with finding an appropriate parking spot at the end of the road as we couldn’t drive our rental car on the gravel driveway. Would highly recommend this stay, our favourite place in Albania!

We had an incredible stay here, while in Ksamil. Communication and kindness were next level!! We truly appreciated each day and felt comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic week. The house is located close to all of the amenities and was such a comfortable place to stay. Ksamil itself was lovely. Plenty to do but not too sprawling and noisy. The ruins at Butrint and dinner at the Mussel House were real highlights only a short drive away. We were travelling with family (7 adults) and the space felt roomy and relaxing. Dezjana was a great host and we would all recommend.
