Great base for a few days in Venice located within walking distance of everything you could need. Apartment was clean and functional but for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) it was a little compact - second bedroom is a mezzanine and we could not stand up there! It also had a net wall and steep stairs so not suitable for younger children. Our kids loved the novelty of it though and it was perfect for a couple of days. Overall, a great stay in the perfect location!

Une hôte très chaleureuse et accueillante. Le logement est parfait pour un séjour en couple, avec une petite supérette et un arrêt de bus à quelques pas. À 10 minute en bus du débarcadère, aller à Venise est très simple.

Очень рекомендую, идеальное место для отдыха. Чистота , тишина, доступность транспорта и супермаркетов в округе, парк с утками и выдрами которых можно кормить. Хозяева заслуживают отдельных похвал. Чёткие и подробные инструкции как попасть в жильё, рекомендации, и даже поможь когда мой муж заболел. Советую от всего сердца.Спасибо за прекрасный отпуск.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, eine Woche auf diesem wundervollen Bauernhof zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber (Cristian) war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Das Zimmer war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch gemütlich eingerichtet, was meinen Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machte. Ich kann diesen Bauernhof wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!"

L'appartement propose des prestations de qualité, il est très bien décoré, dans un environnement calme, suffisamment loin de la densité touristique de S.Marco, tout en étant très bien placé : il est proche de la gare S. Lucia et des stations de vaporetto S.Stae et Riva de Biasio, et un supermarché est proximité. Depuis le séjour, on a apprécié la déco et la vue sur le Canal Grande et deux jolis jardins. Le lave-linge / sèche linge haut de gamme avec un grand étendoir nous ont permis de laver notre linge sale sans problème. La Smart TV dans le séjour nous ont permis de retrouver nos abonnements NETFLIX avec le mirror screen. Il y a aussi tout ce qu'il faut comme équipements et vaisselle de qualité pour bien manger et bien cuisiner en famille. Les lits sont confortables. L'immeuble est sécurisé et propre. Mario et la personne qui nous a accueilli ont toujours été réactives à nos sollicitations. Nous recommandons cet appartement !

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Frederica et Alberto à Venise ! 🌟 Leur appartement est un véritable bijou : idéalement situé pour explorer la ville à pied, tout en étant dans un quartier calme et charmant. Parfait pour une famille, il est spacieux, propre, et incroyablement cosy — on s’y sent comme chez soi dès la première minute. Le petit plus qui fait toute la différence ? Le rooftop ensoleillé avec une vue magnifique, parfait pour prendre un café le matin ou un apéro au coucher du soleil ! Merci encore pour cette parenthèse magique — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Location is wonderful - 10 minute walk from the train station/Piazzale Romana, close to the main sights, but quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb has three floors - the main floor has the kitchen, dining, and one bathroom (with shower), the middle floor has one bedroom, and the upper floor has one bedroom and a second bathroom (without shower). We appreciated having the second bathroom since there were four of us. The kitchen had coffee and basic needs for our stay. We loved the feeling of staying in a Venetian home and would recommend it.

Sonja is a great Host. We visited the place with Friends and Family and The place makes you feels right at home. Peaceful and a wonderfully organised house. Beautiful balcony, living room and Bedrooms. Lots of toys to keep the kids busy while you enjoy your time. The host was responsive and helps promptly with our requests. A Beautiful garden to spend the evenings. Access to public transport connection is a challenge. Overall, its an amazing Stay and a great host.
