Some of the most beautiful areas such as Swallow Falls, Herrington Manor and Rock Maze are only a short drive away. Enjoy skiing at Wisp Resort or boating and swimming at Deep Creek State Park. Many wonderful restaurants and fun things to do are also a short drive away.

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. Guests need to be at least 21 years of age book.

The Captains Quarters is the perfect getaway. 2BDRM, propane fireplace (Nov-Apr), full kitchen, and a 6+ person hot tub. Dogs welcome but please let us know and pay the fee. 2 comfy Queen mattresses, towels and linens provided, hi speed internet, smart TV’s, and Bluetooth soundbar. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.
