A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Private small house and garden with a view to the sea at end of village lane. About 10 min. walk from the village of Almoçageme, with grocery stores, hairdresser, laundry, restaurants and cafes. About 15 min. walk from the village of Penedo and 25 min. walk from Adraga beach. you are 15 min. by car from Sintra, 25 min. from Cascais and 40 min. from the airport. In the beautiful surroundings it is possible to take long hikes in the green forest or at the top of the stunning cliffs .

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

In Cascais a nice apartment for 1 - 6 persons with very fast wifi, good mattress and strong shower. Free parking in front of the door. The apartment is located in the middle between the center of Cascais and the beautiful "guincho beach". In the street there is a beautiful park with children's playground. Nice restaurants, bars and take away around the corner. It has 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom is available for bookings from 3 persons. We also do the laundry for you for a small price.
