The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

You will be staying in the one bedroom guest suite on the first floor of the house that features a fully stocked kitchen, a backyard, and private beach access. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15 minute walk through a scenic waterfront park leads you to downtown Kodiak.

The Whale - Remote Whale Island Cabin on the water

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.
