A large, beautiful house in a lovely area of Hickory. Our party of 7 adults and 3 children were in the area for a wedding and the house was roomy enough for all of us to be comfortable. The house is furnished with everything you need for a great visit, including a well stocked kitchen. The view from the deck is gorgeous.. Diane is very responsive--any question I asked was answered immediately. We highly recommend this listing and would go back there if the occasion arose to be in Hickory again.

The house was very cozy, and well appointed. We had everything we could need. It was just a few minute drive to Emerald Hollow Mine. Because we have young children we had to be aware of how close the house was to the road and how fast the cars drive by. Overall it was perfect place to break up a long drive down I77.

I stayed at this wonderful lake house during winter. It was so quiet and peaceful. The property has everything you need to enjoy a quiet winter gateway. Great views of the lake from master bedroom and living room. The master bathroom is spacious with a huge shower and a awesome jacuzzi bathtub. The host was so helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay. The whole house was extremely clean, comfortable and in a very peaceful location. Sam was very quick to respond to all messages and was always helpful. The house is very roomy and has plenty of space to spread out and relax. We highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

This place was beautiful, clean and cozy! I loved the kitchen appliances, they mirrored mine at home, as red is my favorite color and they were all red. I enjoyed the coffee and tea that were available. The place is immaculate.! This host thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. I was impressed to see that there were several boardgames available so if you did not feel like watching TV, you could enjoy some games. There was even a high chair and playpen in case you had a baby with you. I highly recommend this place and hope it is available next time I visit North Carolina. I left with a smile on my face :)

This place was in a great location and there was easy access to the festival we were attending. The price was good, the space was very clean and spacious. We have rented spaces here on several occasions and plan to do so again in the future. I highly recommend renting from Jeff.

Exactly as the listing and comments say it is. Very clean, modern, clutter free and comfortable. Spacious and relaxing. Beds are comfortable and bathroom has ample space. Everything seemed brand new!

The Hickory Hideaway was the perfect little place to stay. Peaceful and private describes it perfectly!

Nates place was well suited for our short stay, I would recommend it for anyone that wants to stay in the Hickory area.

You can't find a more spectacular sunrise then from this spot! Know you that will climb a few stairs. And don't make the mistake I did and not check my check in information before I arrived. I did not have consistent cell phone service. So write It all down before you arrive. Once I was in I did have internet service. It's a really lovely place to stay. Super convenient to attend an Art of Living Center event.

The accommodations were nice and clean, covering the necessities without frills, but it met our needs. The sunrise views are absolutely stunning! Bring your own shower toiletries, none were provided.
