Very friendly and communicative! The home was perfect for us and is close to both the local fruit market, which is just a couple of meters away from the tram station. It’s also very close to the main train station! Lastly, thank you so much for letting us extend our checkout time so we could match our train schedule.

We enjoyed a cozy, quiet stay at Seif & Dr. Sherine’s place for my birthday during Ramadan 🩵 we were the only ones in the compound since it’s a holy month, but we still enjoyed our stay nonetheless and took advantage of the empty beach and peaceful surroundings. Dr. Sherine was kind enough to take us to get groceries upon our check in as the usual markets were closed and there is no food delivery in this area, she even offered for us to eat the food she left if we ran out! 😍 She was very kind and checked up on us during our stay. Important to note, this is the kind of Airbnb that is lived in when it’s not rented to guests, it didn’t bother my fiancé and I, but for reference to other travelers that might care and prefer a different experience. There is no wifi (which is in the listing) and cell service isn’t great so prepare for this as well as the mosquitos (there are bug repellents provided but I prefer a natural repellent I brought with me). I had an amazing stay at Ahmed’s beautiful sea-view apartment in Sidi Beshr, Alexandria. The view alone was breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. Ahmed went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving an incredible variety of snacks for us to enjoy at no extra cost—such a generous and thoughtful touch! He also allowed us to check out as late as 4 or 5 PM without any additional charges, which was incredibly kind and accommodating. Thank you so much, Ahmed, for making our stay so special. Great as usual, you'll feel home from the first moment, and that's why we're booking with Mr. Mohammad everytime we visit Alexandria. that was our 5th or 6th time to book one of their 2 units, and honestly speaking both places are amaxing.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying with Ahmed! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond—picking me up in Alexandria and personally driving me to my appointment location where I met my Egyptian friends. That level of care and hospitality is rare to find. Ahmed is incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, and it’s easy to see why he’s already a Superhost. Although the place may not be located in the best neighbourhood in town, it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s clear that Ahmed has devoted a lot of care to his flat and his hosting. I felt completely at ease and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend booking with Ahmed—you’ll be in excellent hands!

A good place to stay for 6 people. The apartment was fell furnished and spacious, and had a beautiful view overlooking the sea.

It’s a very chic rooftop apartment with a huge entertaining bbq and clothes drying space all to yourselves. The views are spectacular and you have everything you need moments below. There is a security camera and the area is safe plus the host answers within an hour always. Definitely a great Airbnb.

This was one of the best places we stayed in. The location was perfect with breathtaking views of the sea. Very peaceful and tranquil. We felt at home when we got in the house. مؤخراً، قضيت وقتي في هذا المكان وما أقدر أقول إلا إني كنت جداً سعيد بالتجربة. من لحظة وصولي، كل شيء كان تمام كما وُصف - نظيف، مريح، ومعد بشكل رائع. المضيف كان متواصل بشكل ممتاز وتأكد إن كل احتياجاتي متوفرة، وكان يتواصل معي بشكل دائم قبل وأثناء وبعد الإقامة. الشقة واسعة وجميلة، وفيها شرفة رائعة تطل جزئياً على البحر. الرائحة في البيت كانت مذهلة، حسيت كأني في منزلي. السرير كان مريح جداً، وكنت ممتن للتفاصيل الصغيرة مثل المناشف الإضافية، القهوة، والتوصيات المحلية. المطبخ كان مجهز بالكامل، مما سهل عليّ أطبخ شوية أكلات في البيت، والواي فاي كان قوي طوال الوقت - مثالي للعمل عن بُعد. الموقع كمان يعتبر ميزة كبيرة. هو في حي آمن وهادئ، لكنه قريب من كافيهات، مطاعم، ومعالم محلية ممتازة. بالمجمل، هذا المكان كان مثل بيت بعيد عن البيت. ما راح أتردد أرجع مرة ثانية، خصوصاً أني كنت مع عائلتي وولادي الصغار وكل شيء كان جميل. أنا أسافر إلى الإسكندرية كثير، وعادةً أقيم في فنادق، لكن قررت أجرب Airbnb لأول مرة وكانت التجربة فوق توقعاتي.

Great place to stay. Very peaceful as it is right beside the Alexandria Sporting Club. Easy walking distance to Mediterranean coast. Day passes available for Alexandria Sporting Club allows access to sporting facilities, gyms and many restaurants. Mohamed was a great host - very responsive and kind.

Great apartment with an amazing sea view! The WiFi worked perfectly, which was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the washing machine was excellent. The location was fantastic – a small grocery store was right at the entrance, making it very convenient. There were plenty of cafes nearby, and the sea was just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Mohamed’s place was very well appointed, Central location, clean , quiet and furnished well, very safe and more importantly Mohamed’s communication he is really proactive and always provides information before you need it, great host.
