We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The house was cozy, spotless, and surrounded by peaceful scenery. We especially enjoyed the warm pool, it was perfect for relaxing. Kuya Danilo was very kind and even gave us a quick tour before we settled in. Thoughtful touches, like a power station at the table, really showed how much Philip cares about his guests’ comfort. Highly recommended, and we’re already planning our next visit!

My family and I had a great time staying at One Pomelo Casitas! The location is convenient—just about 20 minutes after CALAX. We're from QC and left around 11 AM to account for traffic, but to our surprise, we arrived a little past 12 noon! We did have to wait a bit for the caretaker to finish cleaning since the previous guests had just checked out. Overall, we’re definitely planning to come back. We just hope they consider adding a common CR so we don’t have to enter the room every time (and get the floors wet), and maybe check the refrigerator—it’s spacious but didn’t seem to get cold enough. Still, it was definitely worth the price. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Prim Rose's place! The place was spotless, beautiful, and it feels very homey. Prim Rose was very responsive and provided helpful and thorough instructions. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is very beautiful! All amenities in the listing were provided. The place was very clean as well! The caretakers of the home were very responsive. Additionally , the address provided is accurate so we were able to arrive at the destination without any hassle. The wifi is fast even though there are multiple gadgets connected. Also, water flow is strong. However, one improvement might be the electricity. Sometimes, it fluctuates. I believe the caretakers mentioned that they are using solar power also, which is good, but maybe some workaround is good. The fluctuation is unnoticeable at times but happens several times a day. As recommendations, hoping that the mic gets fixed so we get a higher score haha! Also, if possible that the jacuzzi will have heater. Overall, the place is still 5 stars!

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

The house was nice, homey, spacious enough for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Parking is just enough for 2-3 SUVs. We loved how conveniently located it was. We stayed for 3 nights. Too bad it rained during almost our entire stay so we really weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Taal lake, as well as the outdoor spaces such as the balcony and patio. But overall we had a nice, comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay during the Lenten Season from April 17-19! The place was clean, well-organized, and truly felt like a home away from home. My Family enjoyed every bit of it. All the details provided by the host were accurate and helpful. The location was very accessible and convenient- with a great variety of restaurants and grocery stored nearby. Even churches were within 10-20 minutes’ drive which was perfect for the season. On our 3rd day (checkout), there was a brief water interruption, but Ms Mabel and Kuya Kirk (the caretaker) responded quickly and arranged water delivery right away. We truly appreciate their prompt assistance! Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay here again!

Place is very convinient since its near the gate, you'll never get lost.Just beside The Mills where you can do a lot of activities. Near nuvali and carmelray business park, i enjoyed jogging in morning and walking with my daughter in afternoon. Big place with a quiet neighborhood.

What I liked most about Pina Colina is that it was affordable without compromising on quality. Despite the reasonable rates, we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience, and I would gladly recommend Pina Colina to anyone looking for a great place to stay without breaking the budget.Thank you until next time!

Nice place to stay

Karlo’s place was spacious and exactly as described. Our toddler loved the playground and the pool, while our dogs enjoyed having a large area to roam around. Everything was clean and well-organized, and the room felt even more spacious in person. Overall, we had a wonderful stay — highly recommended for families with kids and pets.

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

The place was clean and can be easily located. Our stay was peaceful. The hosts were responsive to all my queries even before I booked the place. Kudos also to our caretaker, Ate Aileen, for being responsive and attending to all of our needs during our stay.

Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.

easy to find, they are just right after the village entrance and guardhouse so we felt secure. we were able to park our car inside the garage and since they are just a few meters from the guard house, we felt that we can also park outside the gate with peace of mind. the unit itself is clean and kinda tiny, good for small groups, though it has plenty of beds. the outdoor kitchen is alright, perfect for dinner with a bit of garden ambiance. the hosts welcomed us and they were very kind and approachable. our cat was very curious about their garden too :)
