Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Gian Luca è stato impeccabile. Posizione, riservatezza, servizi, tutto come descritto. Casa pulita, elegante e dotata di ogni comfort. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno splendido anche grazie all'accoglienza e simpatia della sua famiglia. Posizione dell'appartamento perfettamente centrale per godere della costa da Stintino fino a S.Teresa di Gallura. E' necessario chiaramente muoversi in macchina. La spiaggia raggiungibile direttamente a piedi dall'appartamento è poco frequentata e con un mare eccezionalmente cristallino. Parcheggio auto coperto, terrazzino della casa immerso nel giardino fiorito della proprietà perfettamente attrezzato per passare splendide serate tra barbecue e stelle. Grazie ancora!

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern hier eine fantastische Zeit gehabt. Das Anwesen, die Ruhe, die Natur, der Ausblick und die liebevolle und authentische Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten und des Gartens haben diese Station zum Highlight unseres Urlaubs gemacht. Die Ursprünglichkeit und das tolle Ambiente, der große Pool und die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber haben es perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen es von Herzen weiter! Een geweldig verblijf op een fantastische locatie. Het appartement is zeer ruim en heeft een fijn overdekt balkon. Het hele appartement is voorzien van verduisterende luiken en muggenhorren. Voor onze peuter stond er een kinderstoel en bedje. Buiten genoeg ruimte om te rennen en te spelen Het zwembad is heerlijk met bedjes en parasols. In het appartement liggen twee parasols om mee te nemen naar het strand. Gianfranco heeft ons een heerlijke maaltijd voorgeschoteld, te veel om in 1 keer op te eten ☺️. Tot slot zijn Gianfranco en zijn vrouw zeer vriendelijk en gezellig. We komen graag nog eens terug! Tip: zodra het donker is genieten van de sterrenhemel.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana io, il mio compagno e due bimbe piccole. Giuseppe e la moglie ci hanno accolto con tanta gentilezza e sono stati sempre disponibili! L'allloggio è perfetto, ben curato, in ordine, spazi molto confortevoli. La parte esterna è preziosa: un bel tavolo, comode sedie, un bel giardino verde, uva gustosa e, soprattutto, la doccia (quella interna non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata!). La zona è molto tranquilla e comoda, anche a piedi, al centro di Vignola. Ottimo punto di partenza per vedere alcune delle meraviglie della natura! GRAZIE!

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo con Dario, persona molto gentile e ospitale. La casa é una piccola oasi di pace vicina a tantissime spiagge meravigliose e al centro di Alghero, torneremo sicuramente!

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war in einem tadellosen Zustand, gekühltes Wasser und eine Flasche Wein waren für uns bereitgestellt. Von der großzügigen Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf das Meer aus kam man mit wenigen Schritten direkt zum Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, es war alles neuwertig, besonders die hervorragende Küchenausstattung gefiel uns! Alessandro war bei Fragen immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hat freundlich und hilfreich Auskunft gegeben! Tolle Strände, Wandermöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in der Umgebung. Für ein bis zwei Personen ist das eine Top-Location. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fabio è un host gentile, disponibile e reattivo. La posizione dell'appartamento è molto centrale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da una zona con ampio parcheggio, ideale per godersi a piedi la città.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso questa struttura. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto: pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata ai principali punti di interesse. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a fornirci consigli utili. Inoltre, l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e ci siamo sentiti a casa fin da subito. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza confortevole e senza intoppi. Sicuramente tornerò se avrò l'opportunità!

Un delizioso appartamento vicino ai principali servizi di Lu Bagnu, con un terrazzino vista mare meraviglioso dal quale si può godere di tramonti mozzafiato. Pierfrancesco, Nazareno e Loredana sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a darci numerose info e suggerimenti, compresa qualche dritta per le spiagge per cani raggiungibili anche a mezz’ora di strada. Soggiorno super positivo!

Logement situé dans une résidence de vacances qui était vide au printemps ce qui était très agréable . Nous n’avions aucun voisin et personne en dehors de nous sur les plages . C’était bien d’avoir prévu d’arriver avec des courses , les magasins étaient fermés aux alentours .

La maison de Gavina est parfaite pour un séjour au bord de la mer. Elle est bien équipée (vaisselle, douche extérieure pour les retours de plage, machine à laver, etc.). La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, c’était parfait avec de jeunes enfants! Gavina nous avait préparé une chaise haute et un lit parapluie pour notre bébé. C’était très pratique! Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil chaleureux 😊

Super logement pour nos 4 jours passés dans le nord de la Sardaigne. Super accueil et appartement très propre et adapté à une famille. Nous recommandons le logement ! Encore merci pour l’accueil.

Ubytovanie malo fantastickú polohu v starom meste. Napriek tomu že byt je priamo v starom meste kde autá majú zákaz vjazdu , je len kúsok od cesty kde autá jazdia. Byt je dvojpodlažný perfektne vyriešený. Architekt myslel na všetko, každý detail premyslený, moderný design. Byt je plne zariadený vrátane práčky, umývačky, mikrovlnky atď. Alessandro a Vittoria reagovali velmi rýchlo na akékoľvek otázky. Po príchode nás čakali na stole typické talianske piškóty a fľaša šumivého vína. Perfekt. Určite doporučujeme aj lokalitu aj kvalitu bývania. Ďakujeme Alessandro a Vittoria.

Excelente alojamiento, las mejores noches de nuestra semana en Cerdeña, la habitación era super comoda, limpia y ordenada, pudimos dormir muy bien, ademas la clase Yoga fue excelente y nos gusto mucho, aunque no seamos practicantes regulares de esta practica nos encanto y podría recomendar a todos probarla. Gracias por todo Angela y Pablo.

Wij hebben afgelopen week verbleven in het huis en hebben een hele fijne week gehad. Het is een fijn huis, met een heerlijk zwembad die je met één ander huisje deelt. Pietro en Tania zijn enorm gastvrij! We voelden ons er helemaal thuis. We zouden hier zeker een keer terug willen komen! Bedankt Pietro en Tania!

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico presso l'alloggio di Giannella! La casa era pulita e ben curata, con un giardino davvero meraviglioso che ci ha permesso di rilassarci completamente. La posizione è ideale, con la spiaggia "La Pelosa" facilmente raggiungibile, il che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. Giannella è stata super disponibile e accogliente. Sicuramente torneremo, magari nel periodo estivo, per godere ancora di più di questo angolo di paradiso!

Fantastic location. The balcony offers beautiful views of two sides of the oceans and the mountain in the middle. Most peaceful place I have stayed. The balcony provided numerous opportunities to sun bath, relax in the shade, eat… we truly enjoyed this location. Apartment is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, snacks and necessary accommodations. The beaches are a short walk away. It was the perfect place to have a nice quiet relaxing vacation. The host was very friendly and maintained communication throughout our stay as necessary. I would definitely put this on my return list. Probably one of the best, most recharging vacation.

We loved our 4 night stay in Alessandro’s apartment in Alghero. The place was clean, well equipped and beautifully finished. Vittoria met us at the apartment, was very generous with her time and great with local recommendations (there’s also a folder with information). A word of warning, make reservations early for the good restaurants. Although above a small restaurant the buzz from below was rather lovely in the evenings and the locality was quiet in the mornings. Food shops and a small local market are within 5 minutes walk. Central Alghero is a charming old city and we found it very easy to while away the time wandering the alleys, visiting churches, walking the ramparts (& watching incredible sunsets!) and people watching! A boat trip to Neptune’s grotto was fun, if busy, and there are some lovely sandy cove beaches towards Capo Caccia. We would definitely recommend a visit and stay at Alessandro‘s apartment.
