Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located retreat. Located on a half acre. Recently completed a remodel; everything in this home is new. Bedroom one has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.

Enjoy our spacious, 1926 cozy 5 bedroom 2 full bath and 2 car garage Bungalow tucked away on the hill, steps from downtown Saugatuck. Our first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a single bed with trundle. The first floor also has a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a king, queen and two twin beds with a single trundle.
