Worked well for us as we visited Houghton University for a college tour. Location couldn't have been more convenient and easy to find. Perfect size for the three of us.

Steven was a very nice guy. His taste was impeccable. When I entered his place my son looked at me, knowing my taste and said, "what do you think?" My answer "Oh my goodness." The place looked as if I had decorated it myself. I absolutely loved everything about it--the decor, the antiques, the wallpaper, the ambiance, the music he had was awesome. I danced around the room. The gorgeous quilts on the beds, the comfy bed and pillows, the French doors to the wonderful front porch overlooking the adorable quaint village of Angelica with it's wonderful antique stores and friendly folks that live there. I wanted to stay there forever. I couldn't have been happier staying at Steven's place and would love to stay there again. Thank you so very much Steven Timothy, this is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I would recommend you to everyone.

A very cute apartment with a great view of the hills.

Had an awesome stay at this quaint little place. It’s located in a great area by the lake, very quiet during the week, very close to an area to swim with the kids. Lots of side streets around the cabin for walking. Place was very clean when we showed up and had everything we needed for a week long stay including linens, lots of towels and wash clothes, plenty of blankets, and the basic kitchen amenities needed for cooking/eating. Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay at the house and it was just as great as the first stay. We had four family members join the two of us, and we were all comfortable. We particularly liked the comfy beds, the nice hot shower and the laundry area as the area we visited is in full mud season! The kitchen is well stocked making it easy to prepare food and clean up. We will return as it is a very nice home, convenient to family members nearby and an excellent value.

The location was beautiful and very scenic. Located on top of a hill with great views. Stars were really nice to view at night. Neil and Helen were very responsive and accommodating. House was exactly as described and instructions were very clear. We will be back next year.

We loved our stay at the Littell house in Alfred and would absolutely stay again. The house is an immaculate, well-loved home that is a stone’s throw from Alfred University’s campus and a peaceful walk to Main Street in Alfred. The house itself reflects it’s time period and also the gentle care it received through the years. Bathrooms and kitchen are original but functional and spotless. The former owner was a writer and the home is filled with books to pour over. Ample living and sleeping space, and good wi-fi made our stay all the more pleasant (especially for the teenagers among us!) as did the lovely personal touches and note from the hosts. 100% recommend the Littell House if you are looking to be near Alfred’s campus and want a peaceful, comfortable stay.

Overall, the place is exactly how it’s described and it was a good place to bring the dogs. Although I would recommend making it mandatory that people pick up after their dogs because I felt like we were avoiding dog poop every step we took.

We absoluly loved the cottage. It was the perfect place to come and enjoy nature for a few days with our family. There was much room for activities in the giant yard!! The hot tub was great too!

We spent three nights in Wellsville and felt truly at home. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare and enjoy family meals together. The living area was comfortable and inviting, and each bedroom was neat, clean, and thoughtfully prepared with towels and extra linens. What stood out most was Marcia's kindness and responsiveness—her care and attention were deeply appreciated during a time when our family was gathering from afar for an occasion of remembrance. Thank you for providing such a peaceful and welcoming space.
