We rented Lara's beautiful home for my daughter's bridesmaids retreat! It was the perfect setting for her and her friends to worship, pray, cook and prepare for my daughter's wedding day! The home is so well decorated - it feels peaceful just walking in the door. Everything needed is there! Lara responds so quickly to questions and is so proactive in reaching out with directions, information and any other needs you have! This was one of the best AirBNB experiences I have ever had!

This is a lovely home and provided our family an idyllic holiday weekend over Easter. Everything is as pictured. Howard is an extremely gracious host; always quick to respond. We just left this morning and my 12 year old is already asking when we can go bock. :)

Beautiful views and area. Quick trip to downtown West Jefferson. Cabin is quaint and comfortable, comfortable beds and couches. Hot tub with the views was incredible. Game room in the basement was so much fun. Pet friendly with water bowls left out for pups. The road to get there is tricky, narrow with some hairpin turns. Fine with an SUV but smaller vehicles may have some trouble. Host is very responsive and emailed clear instructions the day before. Check out was simple. Would recommend for folks interested in staying.

If you're looking for a cabin that feels like home this is it. The cabin was very clean and appeared just like it did in the photos provided. The bed is very comfortable and the bathrooms have heated floors which is very amazing. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this cabin.

We have never stayed at an Air BNB before. This was a great first experience! We loved staying here for our kids spring break. The boys loved the game room downstairs. It was close to Boone and Blowing Rock and lots to do. The directions were very organized. Lauren checked to see how we were doing. I would definitely recommend!

This cabin was a perfect weekend getaway. It was pretty private and the trails and creek were lovely. The hot tub was nice to relax in and the location of the cabin made it easy to visit some local wineries. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing cabin with a wonderful view. Perfect getaway for hiking in the NC Mountains. Would absolutely book again!

My husband, dog and myself loved staying at the cabin. In short, it’s comfortable, CLEAN, remote and perfect for primitive glamping. We are already planning to come once The Parkway is open again. It is a STEEP hill walking to cabin. And a bit of a drive on a gravel road to cabin. The neighbors are nice though! There are two cabins that share one fire pit and picnic table. It might be awkward to share camp fire especially if you’re primarily cooking over a fire. It was surprisingly not very buggy. We went in late October so maybe that’s why. Connectivity was no issue. We had full LTE service. I suggest bringing your own firewood. There is a lot of wood provided but because it was outside it was difficult to get going.

Beautiful quiet private cabin in the woods with everything you might need. Stars are absolutely beautiful at night if you go while trees are still dead. Hot tub is in great condition, everything was perfect.

One of the most unique Airbnb's I've stayed at. Really cool old log cabin that looks tiny until you get to the great room and massive screened in porch in the back. Really cool fusion of 1800s era cabin with a large modern addition. The place is located in the middle of the woods so her hear nothing but wildlife during our stay, but it is only 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. The host is awesome and very accessible and communicative. Nothing but good things to say about the house, the location and the host. Also, the best stocked Airbnb's I've every stayed in - some places don't even provide salt or a pan to cook in. This kitchen had more in it than mine at home!

We had the most amazing host ever. Anytime there was a question, she responded immediately. Her home is a beautifully decorated log cabin in a great location to allow for day trips. It has amazing views including a telescope on the upper level, very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. I can think of nothing you might need during your stay that she hasn't provided. If I could give this Airbnb more than five stars, I WOULD.

Excelente lugar, acogedora, llena de lindos detalles. Sumamente hermoso. Tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar una estadia relajante y alejada del bullicio de la ciudad. Super equipada. Claudia fue super amable y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. Inclusive estuvo dispuesta ha resolvernos una situación el mismo 31 de diciembre. Se mantuvo atenta de nosotros y contestontodas nuestras dudas auper rapido. Hasta nos dejo detalles de bienvenida (botella de vino local, muy bueno). El pueblo en los alrededores Sparta, a 18 minutos de la cabaña, no tiene mucho para hacer. Pero cumplimos nuestro propósito de ver nieve en el lugar que Claudia nos recomendo, aunque era como a hora y media de la cabaña.

Janette and her home were absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us in a difficult time. Highly recommend staying at her place, you won’t be disappointed!

Pammie was an incredible host. She was extremely flexible with our need to check in early. The cabin was amazing, extremely quiet and peaceful. We felt as if the cabin told a story - with the special sentiment of Toby and John's picture. The artwork was amazing as it captivated a period of time when artist really took pride in their work. At first glance there were many songbirds that made themselves right at home. And next the hummingbirds flying in from the south were very mystical. Wonderful experience. We would recommend this stay whether it be for the week or just a weekend getaway. There were many of the amenities that were didn't get a chance to enjoy that we will definitely take advantage of next time. Jeff & Wendy

We had a fantastic stay at Serenity Cabin! The cabin was comfortable, clean, and exactly as pictured. Our host Debbie was a pleasure to communicate with and even offered to update the cabin's decor for the holidays ahead of our arrival.

We had a great family Thanksgiving week at this home. Easy to access Stone Mountain State Park for hikes and being outdoors. House was very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and everyone had enough space! Would definitely stay here again.

A quaint cabin in the mountains surrounded by rolling hills and farms. What more could we ask for? 10/10 Things to note— - It IS the mountains, so watch out for stink bugs - The kitchen is well stocked, but the soup ladle is rusted and there isn’t a deep baking dish for something like brownies, just a flat one. So if you’re cooking, plan with this in mind!

Karen made the experience easy and convenient - we were visiting family who live in Olde Beau and we were in walking distance. The house was clean and homey, we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The road to the home was a little washed out near the bottom but we had a 4-wheel drive vehicle so we had no problem!

We simply said "loved" this quiet charming location. The cottage vibes were special and calming. Anna our host was extremely responsive, kind and thoughtful. the home was spectacular and exactly as described. very cookable kitchen with all the tools well stocked. tha k you so much for hosting us we relaxed and completely loved it.

We loved our stay in this lovely cabin. We had to leave a little early for personal reason but we enjoyed everything, amazing views, so peaceful and cozy and the weather, especially the rain at night. My husband absolutely loved the shower lol. Thank you Linda and Denis 💗

Our family loved the cabin. It is easy to find, had a well stocked kitchen with many appliances, minimal stairs, and fun games in the basement. We will certainly consider coming back during our next stay in North Carolina.
