Absolutely BEAUTIFUL house! The location is AMAZING! Great outdoors space was so relaxing and being waterfront to the lake was just the cherry on top! Highly recommend!

What a lovely surprise entering the apartment complex’s courtyard! You feel like you’ve entered a magical lush garden. Water sculptures and hidden away outdoor seating plus a small elegant pool are just some of the outdoor amenities. The unit we reserved was downstairs and easy to access through the keypad into the courtyard and then another keypad into the unit. The unit had 2 bedrooms with super comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. There’s a full bath and a half back (sink & toilet). The living area is spacious and couch comfortable. The fridge was very nice and cold with ice maker. The kitchen was clean and functional for short term stays. We were there a month so needed more variety cooking pans. The one large TV in the living room and the internet work great. The one thing I would mention is if anyone has trouble with walking on uneven ground it may be an issue because the pathway to the unit is ucobblestone bricks and uneven. The other plus is easy and plenty of parking!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

I had a delightful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with calming aromatherapy and soothing sounds playing on the TV. The hosts thoughtfully provided treats on the counter, in the refrigerator, and in the cabinets, which was a lovely touch. There were a few brief community disruptions, such as a temporary electricity outage for a few hours and a water shutoff for about an hour—these were beyond the host’s control and affected the entire community. Throughout, the host maintained clear communication. Overall, it was a peaceful, cozy retreat in a charming, fully equipped home.

Couldn't have picked a better place! Was a perfect location, was super happy with everything. Very spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us that stayed. Right across the street from the best steakhouse in Dallas, Bobs! Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dallas!

Mike and Adriana were amazing hosts! Very quick response time and so friendly and accommodating! Celebrated my birthday here and had a great time. Beautiful property and met all of our needs. Check in and check out we’re very simple and straight forward. They give plenty of details and were awesome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Lovely home. Especially fond of the fish pond and variety of patio furniture - wonderful to enjoy an afternoon outside. Inside, has plenty of amenities, very clean. Hosts are very responsive and I'm glad they're are on AirBnB; much more pleasant to be in a home than a hotel room for an extended stay. Thank you!!!

The house was great! Super clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location and super close to AT&T Stadium. There are lots of eateries in the area and the neighborhood was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Loved staying here. Perfect little bungalow for my business trip. Just off of Lovers Lane for quick access to where I needed to be. No issues with checkin or checkout. Clean as could be. Will stay here again! Highly recommend.

This fit my family of four just fine (8 and 10 year old slept on the couch bed), and it was an easy drive or uber to the Knox /Henderson neighborhood, the Dallas Farmers Market and Deep Ellum. We also appreciated some of the pantry items, too! The full kitchen and patio were great to have. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks y’all!

This is our second time to stay at the Ranch House and we love it! The area is beautiful and perfect to get away and have downtime. The house is large and open with everything that you need. Maria is always quick to respond and helpful to help. Nothing but great things to say! Highly recommend!

This was a great stay, three king beds all very comfortable. We love took and the kitchen was well stocked with everything one could need. And the 100” tv in the living room was kind of mind blowing.

Great location, check in was super easy with very detailed instructions. Underground parking was only $10 per night which was also convenient.

Perfect place to stay for a conference at the convention center. Easy walk to the convention center and most downtown Dallas attractions. Lots of great restaurant options easily sensible — including the AT&T Exchange food court. Having a provided parking spot, which was also easy to navigate, was super helpful as we had a car to be able to visit Austin, Waco, Fort Worth and other nearby areas of interest. We enjoyed our time, would stay again, and would definitely recommend to others.

Cota’s place was perfect for us. Close to our event. It was very convenient & comfortable.

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

Lydia’s place was perfect for our family gathering. It has a wonderful, spacious living/dining area and large kitchen. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is super clean, the beds and bedding very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Lydia was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this wonderful home!

My family and I came in for an event. It was eight of us. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone. The hosts were very inviting for us having additional guests to visit. We were very impressed with all the amenities, lots of towels, blankets, bathroom toiletries, trash bags etc. They were flexible with check in and checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Robert is exceptionally communicative and responsive, quickly answering any questions. The home is incredibly well stocked with every conceivable appliance. The kitchen is fitted with high end appliances and tons of kitchenware/ utensils as well as all the basics. Care is taken to ensure the environment was clean and inviting with HEPA air filters throughout, ample extra towels, pillows, and supplies. The pool and back deck provide a magical setting to relax and catch a slice of nature as the lizards, squirrels and birds move about daily life around the lily pond . This house provided a great home away from home for us during our stay, and we were quite happy with it. The home is showing some signs of its age and there are a few areas that require maintenance, but for the most part nothing that impacted our ability to use the space. Would definitely stay here again.
