Access Kickapoo mountain bike trails from the property. Spend your time in complete privacy, swimming or paddling kayaks & canoes down the mile-long Crooked Lake, playing on the private dock and dockside Lillypad (floating water mat), relaxing in the hottub, or making s’mores around the firepit.

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

West Urbana state street guest suite

Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.

Keycode access, security camera at entry, utilities included. Quite street, great space if you are outdoorsy. 10 minute walking access to restaurants and coffee shops. Trails and kayak drop-in near by. Botanical gardens and forest preserve trails to get in touch with nature.

Salt Fork River Bungalow

Completely remodeled CLEAN rustic-minimalist home in a safe rural setting. Less than 20 minutes from Champaign-Urbana, home of the U of I, and only 3 minutes to the famous Sidney Dairy Barn. This cozy home overlooks the beautiful Salt Fork River where you can unwind on the restored double swing. You may see deer, squirrels, owls, hawks, eagles, and hummingbirds (in season).
