Wohn und Esszimmer sind vereint mit einem gemütlichen Sofa und Sessel inklusive Fernseher. Der Kaminofen (wird nur mit dem geheizt) sorgt für eine wohlige Wärme. Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist mit Dusche/WC eingerichtet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wander-und Skitage und auch zum Biken Kurtaxen werden direkt über Airbnb abgerechnet

Herzliche Willkommen in der idyllischen Gemeinde Lutzenberg im hügeligen Appenzellerland. Das kleine ehemalige Wöschhüsli mit Fasssauna befindet sich inmitten von grünen Wiesen und Bäumen. Das gemütliche Häuschen besticht mit viel Charme und Behaglichkeit. Ein weiteres Highlight neben der Sauna ist der Bachlauf, der durch das Grundstück fließt und dem Ganzen eine entspannte Atmosphäre verleiht. Ob Ruhesuchende, Naturliebende oder Kulturinteressierte – hier findet jeder seinen Rückzugsort.

Meine Unterkunft ist ca 33 qm groß plus Balkon, sie befindet sich in der Nähe vom Ortszentrum und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Mein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ist ganzjährig ein romantischer Rückzugsort für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
