There is nothing like the calm of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse is located at 300 Ocean Mile – a beach-side community located on the east end of the island. The home has a spacious split-level open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the living and dining area. This 1400 sq.ft. town-home was recently updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and lighting throughout. Guests have access to our entire home, plus all common areas of 2 pools, bbq area and beach.

St. James Sanctuary

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

For your convenience, we provide comfortable furnishings, 2 smart tv’s, & wi-fi. The main floor has kitchen, dining, living, laundry, sleeper sofa, full bath. Both en suites are located on 2nd level. Our unit is accessible by elevator or stairs. Guests have use of the 560’ fishing pier and covered parking.

Gulfview Getaway

This peaceful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at Bungalows by the Gulf on Hwy 98 in Franklin County is located 7 miles east of Carrabelle. Enjoy beautiful Gulf views and a 400-foot dock—perfect for fishing and relaxing. A third bedroom is available for an additional fee. Please note: the water is calm and bay-like, so swimming is not recommended. Boat docking is not permitted, and stairs are required to access the bedrooms.
