Our cozy cottage now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient trees and emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it. You & your family/friends will love your stay in this cozy upgraded cottage with an enormous deck & sunset views like no other.

This cozy & spacious cottage is perfect for a relaxing get-away for groups up to 12. Nestled on all sports Lake George, wake-up to crisp mornings, hot coffee & a beautiful sunrise over the lake in this 4 bedroom + loft, 2 full bath cottage. Enjoy nature, go for a swim, kayaking/canoeing or just hangout for TV & games. Bring your gear & fish off the dock. Four kayaks, a canoe and other lake toys included. Third party pontoon rental available. Cap off the day with a lakeside bonfire. Memorable!

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. VALID PHOTO ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with backyard bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds of nature.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
